SR - government wont guarantee debt. They have to give back €400m they borrowed - they have less than that in cash. It's USD too, which means may have taken FX bath too.

If you want a good insight into the funding market at moment look at Sirius. They have a project with EBITDA up to $3.2bn pa and they are €500m short and are going to be fuzzy ducked by the "white knights" that come in to save them.
