12 in good profit. One around breakeven. 3 In the red but still not near fixed risk stop

If you want to highlight a post in one, do it on all 16

Good lad...

Can be hard for retail investors to understand that the bottom can be in the debt stack well ahead of where they are, and that they are trading on option value

I heard that it was the impending CVA of Arcadia that did it for Brookfield Could be tempting now - but I suspect only as part of discounted debt financing

Good luck with the short, though I expect orion will struggle to find a partner due to
Peel, Olayan and the Canadian giant Brookfield tried to take Intu private for 210p a share, or £2.9bn, last year, but had to pull out after Brookfield’s lenders became nervous.

Very nice 32-43 trading range with a brexit tide. Flat at the moment, looking to reenter short at top end of range.

Arcadia represent 4 % of intus rent roll, monsoon 2%. Does not bode well for them. Plus every single site has a debs in it.

Yep - problem is that CVA = ERV Thus high net yields mean little

BOO HOO says it all

On Line is now king

Shops on High Streets and Shopping Malls are toast

Rents are going to be cut cut and cut again IMO

Better turning them into flats to flog to housing associations IMO

But purchasers should have a conscience that the bears can knock this down another 50% for them.. . :)

In fact, not too radical to suggest, they are often a team.. .

A triple team. Shorters ... buyer...third party buyer..

Win win all around safely. Assuming buyer interest of course. Not seem to be around yet in direct or third party form, buying the bar push.

They should have a conscience that a purchaser of the enterprise isn't going to care about covenants :)

With all due respect to the great people of Scotland, it is silly season when people are using the valuation of Aberdeen's #2 shopping centre as a benchmark to value the dominant shopping centre in the whole north west of England. At least the 8% NRY valuation here is gradually working its way into the conscience of some bears :)
