Although the shares appear to lead the FTSE 250 fallers, after adjusting for the technical movement, the shares are off about 0.5%, broadly in line with the Real Estate Investment Trust sector." | skinny

20/3/2014 15:31 | I know they don't do high st... they do centres only. I think shopping centres have a better future than all but the very best high streets. That's why I was interested in finding out if I have an option to sell some of my 'rights' and buy what remains. ie a cash free transaction. | eipgam
20/3/2014 14:16 | These guys don't really do high streets? If you take money for the rights, how did you then use that money to take up the rights, that you've just sold to someone else? I'm going to take up the placing and look to top up as well I'd we get near the three year low... | zcaprd7
20/3/2014 14:00 | Showing my ignorance here, but seeing as my broker has gone 'execution only' can I ask here for advice/info? Is there a Nil Paid option so I can sell some hil paids and use the cash to buy some of the rights issue? I recall being able to do this with MRO a year or two ago. PS I am also suprised by this event.... but I have noticed recently some high street names saying that their continued prime retail space presence assists their online offering... eg shopping centres are here to stay. I wouldn't be as committed to investing in the high st though, with such a lot of the space there taken by banks (leaving in droves as internet/mobile banking takes hold - buy MONI ;-), charity shops and the like. | eipgam
20/3/2014 08:53 | wasn`t expecting that either .. m | maurillac
20/3/2014 08:43 | Oh great, discounted placing... | zcaprd7
