25/1/2014 12:54 | Curious one in that it has massively underperformed both the FTSE 250 and the commercial property index since listing....if had just tracked the index the share price would be over £5! so it begs the question are the management totally inept or is there another underlying fundamental problem. | salpara111
23/1/2014 15:38 | Who's this coronation mob? | zcaprd7
07/1/2014 17:21 | clear as mud to me im sorry to say. about time for the next leg up though imho gla m | maurillac
07/1/2014 14:05 | more asset re-organisation for JW... looks like he is borrowing against his holding? although I am not at all sure.... anybody else know how to interpret that RNS? | eipgam
19/12/2013 12:35 | Started building a position this week... Any red flag issues as to the low price? | zcaprd7
04/12/2013 11:11 | well i bought back in yesterday as it looked a good entry point. decent little bounce so far today. m | maurillac
03/12/2013 08:26 | sp falling steadily at the moment. not sure why .. unless the market has wind of some fund raising - any thoughts ? m | maurillac
19/11/2013 15:48 | interim divi paid today | eipgam
05/11/2013 15:02 | I wonder what the market doesn't like about the IMS? Perhaps it's a bit wishwashy with no standout successes? 1% of rent coming from businesses in administration... and a big investment in Newcastle they will have to revamp the Eldon Garden wing.... that part of the centre has been a graveyard for many small retailers. However, I still hold on the back of JW's massive shareholding. | eipgam
25/10/2013 09:23 | eipgam re post 66. no idea but cgt comment noted .. could be significant if gossip has foundation i suppose. sp looks strong again today in a flat am market. gla m | maurillac
25/10/2013 09:07 | The gossip again is that there is an interest in this company from an outside agency. This company hold a lot of top shopping centers and it is cheaper to buy the company, that building up in the uk their own portfolio. A return to FTSE 100 is looking more likly. See if it breaks £3.60. | blueteam
24/10/2013 16:10 | Those RNSs of yesterday.... there was no buy or sale but a transfer into the IOM. Where, it must be noted, there is tax on income (ie divis but not sure about REITs) but none on Capital Gains. I don't know if it is pertinent? | eipgam
24/10/2013 12:10 | well i dont know about any gossip but intu is looking strong to me. currently 340.65 today and, imho, going higher. im damn sure whitaker knew what he was about when buying all these shares recently m | maurillac
22/10/2013 15:13 | what gossip is that, please, bluey? | eipgam
22/10/2013 15:05 | Gossip of corp action, keep eyes on this. Return to FTSE 100 could be on the cards as well. Has £3.60 all over it. | blueteam
17/10/2013 10:12 | is that last RNS a mistake? How can you report on the period 010713-051113 on the 5th November.... they must mean 0107-3009 | eipgam
11/10/2013 13:20 | I missed that Spanish purchase RNS.... the yield seems a little skinny seeing as Spain is full of distressed sellers | eipgam
24/9/2013 22:37 | well i suppose thats "good" although more charity shops, pawn shops and bookies would not be my preferred choice ! anyway the share price looked strong again today... m | maurillac
16/9/2013 19:24 | still on the up. c`mon you charty types where are we headed ? 340 or 300 ;) seems that this one really isn`t on many pi`s radar which is probably good ! m | maurillac
10/9/2013 15:38 | looks like good timing for once ... so far so good .. everyone else out then ;) m | maurillac
09/9/2013 17:21 | well ive bought a few here - not quite at the level of mr whittaker though ! looks like a decent yield and upside potential to me and he must know what he is about having bought good chunks at higher levels than this current price. gla m | maurillac
04/9/2013 09:37 | Not so long ago that Simon Property Group were in the frame to buy these, and at these levels there's a near 5 % yield assuming no cut which in itself is attractive. Not too sure why they shelled out so much on Midsummer Place, let's just hope that Whittaker knows what he's doing because these have way underperformed the sector even before the recent sell off. imv At these levels they look attractive and there's always a chance of someone else taking a tilt at them | bluebird123
04/9/2013 00:39 | I see Deutsche downgraded across the sector tuesday... 'Deutsche Bank cuts Intu Properties to hold from buy, target cut from 390p to 290p.' also: JP Morgan Cazenove reiterates neutral on Intu Properties, target cut from 380p to 360p. | philanderer |
