Curious one in that it has massively underperformed both the FTSE 250 and the commercial property index since listing....if had just tracked the index the share price would be over £5! so it begs the question are the management totally inept or is there another underlying fundamental problem.

more asset re-organisation for JW... looks like he is borrowing against his holding? although I am not at all sure.... anybody else know how to interpret that RNS?

Started building a position this week... Any red flag issues as to the low price?

I wonder what the market doesn't like about the IMS? Perhaps it's a bit wishwashy with no standout successes?

1% of rent coming from businesses in administration... and a big investment in Newcastle they will have to revamp the Eldon Garden wing.... that part of the centre has been a graveyard for many small retailers.

However, I still hold on the back of JW's massive shareholding.

The gossip again is that there is an interest in this company from an outside agency. This company hold a lot of top shopping centers and it is cheaper to buy the company, that building up in the uk their own portfolio. A return to FTSE 100 is looking more likly. See if it breaks £3.60.

Those RNSs of yesterday.... there was no buy or sale but a transfer into the IOM. Where, it must be noted, there is tax on income (ie divis but not sure about REITs) but none on Capital Gains.

I don't know if it is pertinent?

Gossip of corp action, keep eyes on this. Return to FTSE 100 could be on the cards as well. Has £3.60 all over it.

is that last RNS a mistake? How can you report on the period 010713-051113 on the 5th November.... they must mean 0107-3009

I missed that Spanish purchase RNS.... the yield seems a little skinny seeing as Spain is full of distressed sellers

well ive bought a few here - not quite at the level of mr whittaker though ! looks like a decent yield and upside potential to me and he must know what he is about having bought good chunks at higher levels than this current price.

Not so long ago that Simon Property Group were in the frame to buy these, and at these levels there's a near 5 % yield assuming no cut which in itself is attractive.

Not too sure why they shelled out so much on Midsummer Place, let's just hope that Whittaker knows what he's doing because these have way underperformed the sector even before the recent sell off.

imv At these levels they look attractive and there's always a chance of someone else taking a tilt at them

I see Deutsche downgraded across the sector tuesday...

'Deutsche Bank cuts Intu Properties to hold from buy, target cut from 390p to 290p.'

also:

JP Morgan Cazenove reiterates neutral on Intu Properties, target cut from 380p to 360p.
