On 24 September 2018, Intertek Group plc ('the Company') was notified of the following transaction which took place in London with respect to André Lacroix, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a PDMR, relating to the vesting of share awards.

Following the vesting of awards of shares under the Intertek 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan the subsequent number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'Shares') in the capital of the Company were, respectively, acquired and cash settled to cover tax and NI liabilities, on 24 September 2018.
