On 30 May 2023, Intertek Group plc (the 'Company') was notified of the following transaction which took place in London with respect to Andr é Lacroix, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and PDMR relating to the vesting of share awards.

Following the vesting of deferred share awards under the Intertek 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan, the subsequent number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'Shares') in the capital of the Company were, respectively, acquired and cash settled to cover tax and NI liabilities, on 30 May 2023.
