18/7/2018 18:39 | Quite correct. The Fit for Growth scenario has left various contracts barely able to fulfill their contracts. The costs are then moved from salaries to financial penalties with which only the local contract suffers while those above cover tjeir ears and eyes | sap312
18/7/2018 18:33 | I bet IRV staff are happier than Carillion's ex staff! Of course unions are on board. They want to keep members jobs. They understand turnaround and recovery taking place. After all Turkeys don't vote for Christmas!!!! | windrushg
18/7/2018 17:57 | @why, 'the noises I'm hearing from a few sources inside Ingenuity House are not good however'. I'm not at all surprised at that news as the Fit for Growth Initiative entails fundamental changes in working practices etc. It is well known that people fear change so there are bound to be rumblings of discontent etc. As long as the overhaul has been discussed with the Trade Unions and they're on board things will settle down. I suspect you may be hearing the 'voices of the vociferous few'. | da vinci1
18/7/2018 16:38 | Nice move up happening. Hopefully it continues up to the 7th. | eodfire
18/7/2018 16:00 | I really hope the share recovers - I have a fair holding myself. The noises I'm hearing from a few sources inside Ingenuity House are not good however. OK so a few gravy-train riders have been let go, but the cuts are so savage that also gone are many, many knowledgeable and dedicated staff members and vital jobs they were doing are simply not getting done. The suspicion is that there has been no planning for this depth of redundancies at the practical day to day level and the attitude from upstairs seems to be akin to putting your finger in your ear and going blah blah blah. The "remainers" are exhausted and demoralised and I'm told many are looking to jump ship as soon as they can. There is a strong suspicion that there simply won't be the resources to do what is needed to pull the business round. The "fit for growth" initiative has become a byword for a paper exercise put together by people in ivory towers with no real appreciation of the business at an operational level. I happen to believe that the contribution made by a workforce is at least the equal of any number of chairpersons, consultants and executive boards. Without them fully behind you you just won't get the job done. From what I hear MS White et al are not carrying the workers with them. | whyyy
18/7/2018 15:02 | Volume is picking up nicely! | aendjo

17/7/2018 11:51 | Last Weds. When I checked the share price was 57p. At 63p now, it's increased by 10% in just 5 trading days! Am expecting much more yet over coming days/weeks as this is clearly massively oversold IMV. I think the share price will breach the £1 mark before the end of the year. | da vinci1
15/7/2018 19:51 | Back to 60p. Quelle surprise.... If this recovers, will be over a longer timescale, if at all | general george
15/7/2018 10:09 | Bosses face ban on selling shares for five years in governance overhaulhttps://uk.f | losses
13/7/2018 14:04 | Despite HF action almost zero on Capita now, it seems to have made very little,if any, positive impact on their share price I don't understand that! Can anyone explain that please! | windrushg

12/7/2018 18:19 | "Frankly I would FIRE most of the civil service as they are totally and utterly incompetent and happy in their pathetic jobs BUT with final salary pensions!!!" Seconded. I'd crucify Heywood and stone Olly Robbins though. | fangorn2
12/7/2018 16:17 | Sir Bernard Jenkins - talking in the HoP re govt ridiculous attitude towards suppliers and forcing ridiculous T&Cs and ALWAYS awarding to the lowest bidder NOT on quality etc!!! Gov't are "at fault" and focus on cost damages suppliers ability to deliver. Frankly I would FIRE most of the civil service as they are totally and utterly incompetent and happy in their pathetic jobs BUT with final salary pensions!!!! | cfc1
12/7/2018 14:34 | great to see another win - albeit smaller but they all add up. Noone will know the margins so for some to say its loss making is ridiculous as we cant see the T&Cs! What we do know is the management team will not be winning business that is loss making under new controls and processes for deal review et al | cfc1

12/7/2018 08:52 | Maybe they thought everyone would ignore a loss making contract if we were trying to figure out what kind of sandwiches they had at their little picnic | mikeh30
12/7/2018 08:11 | £7m a year for retail and patient catering, cleaning, security, front of house, waste management, energy management, portering and repair and maintenance services to the 450-bed King George Hospital.Loss making IMO or close to it. Have they forgotten the reason for CLLNs downfall? | mikeh30
12/7/2018 08:06 | Another Bread and Butter contract announced? Trump urging a doubling of NATO spending on defence. Things can only get better for IRV. JAM tomorrow ! | windrushg |
