04/11/2015 16:31 | Disappointing to see more sells and the share price fall back again, it's going to take patience with this one imv.. | battlebus2
20/10/2015 17:19 | Just in time for the dividend too Lanzarote666.. | battlebus2
20/10/2015 16:31 | I have just switched out of EMR and into ITQ based upon the low rating and sector opportunity. Having seen this tipped a couple of times earlier in the year at higher levels, those arguments seem to hold good and the price has actually fallen since. It seems that the share overhang has now passed with the CEO and CFO moving on to new projects and taking some cash with them. Selling because they need the money for something else, rather than anything wrong with ITQ The majority shareholder has previously looked at selling, so fair value at 120p and a bid around 150p-180p does not seem unreasonable based on current profit, cash generation and p/e multiples. We shall see. DYOR | lanzarote666
13/10/2015 14:18 | Nice 15k bought at 90p.. | battlebus2
13/10/2015 13:01 | Dividend to look forward to as well x divi on the 22nd. | battlebus2
13/10/2015 13:00 | confident we will see lift off once the overhang is cleared | wiseacre
08/10/2015 07:48 | sj, It would have been more understandable if that 401k had been the 400,603 shares the CE owned after the 360k share sale. | shanklin
08/10/2015 06:58 | I think we'll see this company do well since Ashworth has re-engaged with the business. He's no mug and still owns 30% of the shares and technology recruitment is enjoying a bull market. | ballardski
06/10/2015 17:05 | So now we know that Braund sold 360k - not concerned as he is leaving More interested in who is buying - Would like to identify 3 other trades of 401k, 341k and 500k all at the same time as the 360k - presumably one sell and two buys to keep a rough balance? - assuming we can see the full picture which is unlikely! | sailing john
05/10/2015 12:20 | All the large trades (4 off 1.6m total) at 84p - perhaps some holdings announcements to follow Net effect a little tick up | sailing john
05/10/2015 09:15 | Volume getting shifted today! | sailing john
30/9/2015 22:32 | Disappointing that we have fallen back so far, continual selling isn't helping. | battlebus2
14/9/2015 09:07 | Seems we still have a seller or sellers.... | battlebus2
14/9/2015 08:47 | Yes, as Midas states the dividend of 3% isn't bad in these times of low interest rates. It would be great if we could break the £1 and hold it today. | battlebus2
14/9/2015 08:35 | Good spot BB2 +6% - still undervalued with PE under 10 and yield over 3% | sailing john
12/9/2015 22:08 | In for a bounce on Monday SJ...tipped by Midas.. | battlebus2
08/9/2015 17:18 | Meant to say Panmures target is 135p...... | battlebus2
08/9/2015 13:35 | Wiseacre - you are correct - I thought it was lower last year when the for sale board went up. I'm a relative Newbie on here though having only started buying July. | sailing john
08/9/2015 13:13 | The shares were 120p a year ago when Gary hung up the For Sale sign. He wanted north of 160p then (The American advisers were incompetent). The company is far advanced now and the For Sale sign has been taken down. Of course top management who would have benefitted from a private equity takeover was left disappointed and shareholders were left confused. It won't be long for the share price to be rerated. | wiseacre
08/9/2015 11:29 | My guess is that Gary is looking for 120p+ to sell I'm hoping he has taken the helm again to make it happen in the next 12 months I wonder if David Higgins (recent non exec appointment) will take on an Exec role?! "Mr Higgins has extensive experience in the recruitment market having been a founder and Chief Executive of Harvey Nash plc" | sailing john
08/9/2015 09:32 | Palmure reiterated their buy stance this morning. S.J. forecast EPS for full year Dec 15 were 10.93P so i'd expect them to certainly beat that so 12p is more than likely. Only small and i say small negative that i can see is the softness in margins but with the NFI up 6% it's not a worry. Dividend increase like you say is very positive indeed. They are certainly a more attractive proposition if a bidder was to come along. | battlebus2
08/9/2015 08:27 | Agree re your two posts above Better than I expected in terms of eps at 4.7p so on track for 9p+ at FY edit adj eps 5.7p so perhaps 12p for FY? 100% increase in divi is very positive SJ | sailing john
08/9/2015 08:22 | Sellers spoiling the results party today :)) | battlebus2
