INTERNATIONAL PERSONAL FINANCE PLC ("IPF")

ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF EURO MEDIUM TERM NOTES

.

International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") has today issued EUR 12,000,000 Euro bonds which are to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing EUR 300,000,000 5.750% Senior Unsecured Unsubordinated Fixed Rate Notes due 2021 issued on 7 April 2014 and the EUR 100,000,000 5.750% Senior Unsecured Unsubordinated Fixed Rate Notes due 2021 issued on 23 April 2015 (the "Notes"). The Notes have been issued under our existing euro medium-term note programme (the "Programme").

In connection with the issuance of the Notes, IPF has repurchased EUR 11,750,000 of the 4.25% guaranteed notes due 23 May 2018 issued under the Programme on 23 May 2014.

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange plc for the Notes to be admitted to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Regulated Market.
