The Company announces that on 2 March 2021 it issued 25,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 794.40 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.

Following the issuance, there will be 40,862,817 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 479,846 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
