The Board recommends a final ordinary dividend of 15.1p. The dividend will be paid on 28 July 2015 to shareholders on the register on 12 June 2015. but in addition......the Board is recommending, in addition to the ordinary dividend, a capital return of a further GBP300m to shareholders. It is proposed that the GBP300m capital return will be by way of a special dividend, with an associated share consolidation.
