Intercede, the software and service company specialising in identity, credential management and secure mobility, was notified on 30 July 2018 that Jayne Murphy, a ("PCA") with Richard Parris, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 34.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Richard Parris and PCA's with him are beneficially interested in 5,634,052 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
