From annual report (pg7), sounds promising...

"Working in partnership with a North American telco on a mutual mobile id strategy."

Well, four players dominate US mobi, so a good chance the partnership is with one of them (?), they are Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T mobile (US).

FELIX99, there is no free float. Since the strop by PIs (look back on this board) who over a 12mth period sold Liontrust 2.6m shares at approx 65-70p, this share has been set to rocket on the slightest hint of better times to come.

Mr Parris and the board have been sounding a bit more optimistic recently, illustrated by his comment in the annual report, "In summary, our pipeline of commercial opps is likely to reach an inflexion point in 2014..."

Lol whatever. . But I will be curious to know what is driving all this interest from directors and shareholders all of a sudden. It certainly doesn't seem to be anything in the public domain as it were. Quite surprised LSE not been asking questions about reasons for the rise

Agree with your view on the directors Felix, it's the clearest sign that they believe the 2020 vision outlined in the finals in June.

If those projections pan out; a big if of course, then we could be looking at a ten bagger even from today's levels by 2020

IGP - more director purchases and up at these unrarified heights. I can smell the money here and so can the directors.

I reckon those deals gonna kick in some serious revenue next year and I reckon they are close to some secure ID deal with a mainstream PC or phone provider - apple/ Microsoft or something like that to provide mass market secure ID for people - essentially moving the tech out to mass market rather than restricted to big government and their key contractors .

All imho DYOR etc but I can smell the cash here like NANO originally and a few others. One bagged these and I still find myself buying at these levels to follow the directors .............

I sold out a while ago, almost on the toss of a coin through boredom, but holders deserve a bit of reward for all that patience.

Quite a good revenue jump 3.5 to 4.5mln. Not seen that for a good long while - in fact I can't remember when there was such a movement. That's a big %.

Going to keep an eye on this now, especially at year end - it might just escape the radar long enough to get in again at a reasonable price, if growth is really picking up for longer term.

There's only around 10% of the shares in circulation:

So the MMs are going to have to try every trick in their book to shake out holders.
It's going to be a very volatile journey!

Clearly Microsoft partnership not delivered yet, not helped by the Windows 8 fiasco. However 8.1 is launched next month and will hopefully be a seller.

Also worth noting the Nokia takeover and the possibilities it could offer in the future for a digital identity entity.

Good point LL, lack of research here :-(

My point was that a large buy doesn't necessarily point to insider trading, what's large for me may be petty cash for some.

I guess the Chairman & CE (not good to have two roles) decided to introduce some integrity. Don't know if the non-exec will be able to change integrity & trust.

It's worth noting that ARM allows its much in demand top brass only one outside non exec position. Mr Drew chose to throw his hat in with a small world beating British tech company he clearly believes is headed for better things.

SmartMoney100 (Re: #3405),

There was no reason to expect a trading statement, accompanying yesterday's AGM statement.

As far as I can see, the only time Intercede ever issued a trading statement on AGM day was in 2011.

Now (as it turns out), it did it again yesterday. But it is not the norm.
