Intercede, a cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, was notified on 03 February 2023 that Royston Hoggarth, Chairman of the Group, purchased a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 68.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Hoggarth has an increased shareholding of 375,214 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.64% of the Company's issued share capital.
