19/7/2017 15:18 | I missed it! | the big fella
19/7/2017 14:52 | Back to square one10 min excitement | jailbird
19/7/2017 14:43 | BFThere is your reaction :-) | jailbird
18/7/2017 14:32 | Normally if Directors buy £137500 worth of shares you would expect a far greater reaction from the wider market. These are new appointments who are loading up. Very significant IMHO. | the big fella
18/7/2017 12:40 | My broker, ( if significant), now allowing more me to sell much more than to buy Seller done I think... | jailbird
18/7/2017 09:27 | Agree TBF - I'm guessing that the Directors are taking advantage of a share price which has been temporarily forced down by a few market sells, and transfer "off market" from treasury to themselves at an advantageous price. Anyway, I'm happy to take a longer term view and stay in with the Directors. Note that they had 252355 out of treasury, leaving only 41645. A vote of confidence, I'd say. | nibble
18/7/2017 09:10 | There is clearly a holder desperate to get out. I would rather be on the side of Directors who are buying, than the poor forced seller. | the big fella
18/7/2017 08:55 | good point..missed the treasury bit | jailbird
18/7/2017 08:39 | Shares in treasury are a bit like the company holding shares in there own company. Normally after a share buy back a company would cancel the shares. However in this case they have decided to sell them to Directors. The fact that the Directors want to take a decent equity stake has to be seen as a huge positive even if the transactions themselves have no direct impact on market liquidity as they were in effect off market | the big fella
18/7/2017 08:29 | Perhaps somebody more savvy about market forces could enlighten me here..... The director purchases yesterday were made out of treasury at 55p, and far outweighed the 49000 published market trades. So would the treasury purchases have had any direct influence on the market price on the day? How would that treasury price have been set (assuming those treasury purchases would have been outside the MM/SETS order books)? | nibble
18/7/2017 08:11 | This is very promising now. | jailbird
18/7/2017 08:00 | 250K bought in total by directors ..MMs were filling orders | jailbird
18/7/2017 07:42 | Six figure share purchase by chief sales officer.Things looking up here and shares yet to reflect this - from AR:"We face the future with increased confidence and our growth prospects appear significant. We must be mindful of the challenges ahead, but I am convinced that these are surmountable and that the Group is on the cusp of a period of sustained growth and shareholder value creation." | wigwammer
17/7/2017 10:24 | Like to add on weakness here..looks like someone selling their holding recently FT article - sorry not subscribed Mifid compliance required by Jan 2018 . Markets break out in Mifid II sweat as new rules loom hxxps://www.interced The launch of MyIDaaS reflects Intercede’s recognition that all enterprises are facing increasing demands for higher levels of security. Regulators across the world are establishing rules to ensure that security not only catches up with internet development but seeks to “future proof” interconnectivity from emerging threats. For example in the US, President Trump’s Executive Order on Cybersecurity requires public and private providers of critical infrastructure and digital services to ensure that the highest recommended standards for cybersecurity are applied universally. This is manifest in New York State 23 NYCRR 500 Cybersecurity Requirements for Financial Services Companies and NIST Special Publication 800-171 for government contractors mandating multi-factor authentication to ensure enhanced levels of identity assurance. In Europe, the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2), the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Markets in Financial Instruments and Derivatives (MiFID II) Directive all mandate enhanced levels of digital trust enabled by strong customer authentication. These international regulatory frameworks create a large global market for password replacement technologies which MyIDaaS has been specifically designed to satisfy. By adhering to the most stringent of regulations all companies, regardless of sector and size, can meet their compliance obligations quickly and with ease. | jailbird
