21/1/2015 09:26 | Amazing imo that this still has a £54m m/cap after so many wobbles and warnings. Breakeven EBITDA has been pushed back another year yet again to March'16 by Finncap, with revenues for that year still only £12.4m. And as hybrasil says, what a waste of money all those share buybacks at much higher prices have been. Even hybrasil's 75p share price would be a £36m m/cap. The £5m cash pile is slightly reassuring, but if they carry on spending on buybacks keep incurring unexpected losses then that too will decline fast. | rivaldo
21/1/2015 08:19 | This company has operated probably the most expensive buy back scheme I have ever seen. The shares are probably worth in the 75P range | hybrasil
29/12/2014 15:47 | Up 7.5p today. One of my 2015 New Year Naps. Trouble is not started/published yet and it is up 5% today! | raysor
28/12/2014 03:10 | Noted that yesterday's Times' front page headline/story was Hacking Threat to Drivers... A reminder from last month... | rambutan2
16/12/2014 16:17 | ho hum... chart is behaving - hope sales/revenue are toooo | pyman
10/12/2014 03:26 | Noticed that the headline menu on the IGP home page now includes MyTAM (the collaboration with Trustonic first mentioned back in August - ) and which could help open up the mobile market for IGP... Also, separate recent bit of news... | rambutan2
26/11/2014 10:34 | Resistance at 1:70? | pyman
10/11/2014 21:18 | It’s a pity any issues regarding the options weren’t raised earlier. All the details have been known about since 13 August 2014, when they were announced on the Notice of AGM. So the options could have been discussed at the AGM – not that it would have made a jot of difference to the resolution being approved! | looby loo
10/11/2014 16:24 | Well i wish all of the other companies im invested in would do similar, however, i cant think of any that do. I've got no problem. | rambutan2
10/11/2014 14:47 | I agree re options... I have the impression over the years that there has been a rather unsavory attitude towards options rewards. And this is again a tad unusual to set a limit in the event of takeover at half the vesting price... | pyman
10/11/2014 11:32 | Not a very difficult takeover price £2 for those options to vest | hybrasil
07/11/2014 15:14 | MM's playing games imho. Trying to drop the price on any sells to encourage more sales. They must have orders in the background and are trying to hold the price back . All imho and my rose tinted view of things but hey ho lets see where she goes. I think 150 should be where we are currently and then its limbo time waiting for news of orders and we either go up if they land in time for current year or down if they don't. | felix99
06/11/2014 14:13 | well.. the stage is set: money has been spent and growth/contracts now need to appear quarter by quarter or this is going to be punished and get taken out in a year or so.. | pyman
06/11/2014 09:28 | still its buy when you can with this one - not when you want as we saw this am. No chance of buying at 111 other than 1k lots. | felix99
06/11/2014 09:14 | its going to be a strong future for sure - when the right time to load up is I am not sure . Depends on the timing of some of these new deals I guess. | felix99
06/11/2014 09:11 | They are looking at revenues rising from £4m in the firsy half to £6m in the second half. And the Trustonic relationships (10 of them) likely to come through next year. I can't see the share buyback not being done pretty aggressively now. Is it time to load up for a very strong 2015?? | q1w2e3r4t5
06/11/2014 08:59 | Actually, I doubt you'll see much institutional selling. They have a good following and there aren't many PIs left here. | wjccghcc
06/11/2014 08:32 | But what a waste of company money. My memory is they last bought shares at about £2. They should have waited! The figures are not good. Increased losses and less cash. So its all hope. It is a very positive statement as to the future. I suspect you will see institutional sells and pi buys. | hybrasil
06/11/2014 08:20 | well glad to see someone is reading the BB lol. Lets see if directors dip in for some. Impossible to buy any at present | felix99
06/11/2014 07:17 | Spot on Felix! :-) | looby loo
05/11/2014 08:20 | dunno lots of constant sells - need those results and to see company buying back shares to halt the slide really - or signnig of one of these lumpy contracts Good news is they mark down on the sells but they seem to take decent size lumps at a discount - so must have a home for them to go to somewhere. I wonder if they are being warehoused for a buy back once results are out. | felix99
04/11/2014 20:28 | Is that big volume spike the conclusion of a large seller or...? | pyman
25/10/2014 11:15 | Beginning to look interesting. I think it has a bit further to fall though | hybrasil |
