bought in this morning at 447p. Was busy earlier so a bit gutted at missing the fall under 400p. Agree with other posters who see this as a complete over reaction.

Reckon will finish today 8 to 10% lower. Plenty more upside today. What do others think?

The company said on a conference call that even if it fails in its appeal, there will be nil economic impact on it other than the cost of the fine. And the ruling is not retrospective.

they should put that out in a statement

Well if that's the case can see these returning to 500 to 525 levels again quickly and then perhaps trade at a slight discount until verdict in a couple of months.

The bonds are trading around 98.5 so not disastrous....the share price is telling us there's clearly more to this announcement than meets the eye and someone has the inside track.....guess we'll find out in due course.

was not expecting this price reaction. i guess the 6% retail bonds will be significantly under water too. which will make those who view them as a safe investment sad.
