28/8/2017 15:32 | I am a little lost why XYZ need to talk to Meditor to buy a few shares. IEH approx has 200 million shares in issue. Meditor has approx 44million shares which I assume they purchased at an average of £3.00. The only way I can see Meditor getting their money back is to exercise the 300+ million 8p shares which would require approx 54p per share for all their shares to recover their outlay. This is a very rough calculation and with limited detail knowledge especially what Meditor paid for their orininal shares. Hence where do Meditor figure in someone buying 4 million shares at 9.5P | raytheg
28/8/2017 13:49 | Intel have entered the Drone market and are exhibiting at Interdrone next week. They bought out a drone manufacturer last OCTOBER and look set to continue buying into the technology. The drones are currently powered by Intel power packs which are going to be replaced by an alternative power source soon. Intel is well worth keeping an eye on. | ibug
28/8/2017 13:30 | The recent trading trend looks more like M&A activity --- the buyer who so far has bought about 4 million shares would have done so after negotiating with Meditor and the company, assuming the large American buy trades originates from the same source. The trades have mainly come through the OTC market as off Order Book Fill Orders. The next couple of weeks at the most will most likely reveal any new developments. | ibug
27/8/2017 20:04 | I suppose with tomorrow being a bank holiday in the UK, the main guide to trading will come from the US. I wonder how if they'll confuse the lack of trading in the UK with a loss of confidences in IEH? | perrydevere
27/8/2017 20:02 | It's very hard to keep deals secret. Even someone doing photocopying is capable of reading some sensitive dats, remortgaging their house and buying into a company. Either way, we'll soon see. | perrydevere
26/8/2017 22:51 | If a take-over is in the offering we will see a massive rise or if this trading behavior relates to a large commercial deal with a corporate then that will instill market confidence in the business sector...either way after such a significant surge from circ: 6p an explanation is needed and demanded. This stock looks like a high rise is in the offering for whatever reason fairly soon --- just wait a week or two to see the outcome....steep rises of 40% in 10 days are not without reason imo. | ibug
26/8/2017 20:26 | Great posts ibug. Thanks | perrydevere
25/8/2017 18:13 | AS predicted a Fill Order was in process so the MM's dropped the offer and now matured @ 9:50p/ Share for 500,000 our resident buyer is still as keen as mustard and like the other large Buy trades probably originates from the States. 25-Aug-1708:18:55 9.50 500,000 Buy* 8.509.75 47.50k O ANOTHER RISE COME NEXT TUESDAY :-)) | ibug
25/8/2017 17:41 | 500k bought at 9.5p Someone's very keen. | david15x
25/8/2017 13:27 | Perry -- given the recent progress the share price has made over the last 10 days investors are confident that a rapid reversal will happen back to the 10p range once the current profit taking cycle is finished. The behavior of the stock right now is all healthy --- still expecting to see another large fill order mature soon. | ibug
25/8/2017 12:43 | The trend is defiitely upwards and profit taking is to be expected.... but thw charts look good. A few may want to be out of this for the weekend as well | perrydevere
25/8/2017 10:52 | With the share price still stuck at 10p despite this mornings selling cycle a FILL ORDER MAY BE IN PROGRESS. If so, we should see the result at the end of play today imo. However, it is pleasing to see the stock at new highs. | ibug
24/8/2017 22:42 | @perrydevere I believe the 250k @ 9p was the buy that set off the climb today. An 'OK' trade is an Ordinary Trade that they've requested delayed publication. | david15x
24/8/2017 22:29 | This is good reading hxxps://stockdailyre | perrydevere
24/8/2017 22:18 | Some big sales declared after trading. Lots of people bought when thisvwas at 5p. They've done well selling now but this looks set for more gains imho | perrydevere
24/8/2017 18:07 | Nice one ibug. You've been predicting this for months. It really shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that the valuation of IEH's IP should eventually get factored into the share price To anyone whi has just noticed IEH and is thinking of buying in, just look at estimates of the vakue of their IP then look at what the company is valued at. Yes, it's that simple. | perrydevere
24/8/2017 17:21 | Here is the OTC market link for ITNRF, also available on Google Finance pages: | ibug
24/8/2017 17:12 | Intelligent Energy Inc on the OTC markets have surged today on a small trade --- it looks ominous that a larger trade has not yet appeared...the WAY IS UP IMO. 0.126 +0.020 (18.64%) Delayed: 11:17AM EDT OTCMKTS data delayed by 15 mins - Disclaimer Currency in USD Range 0.13 - 0.13 52 week 0.06 - 0.26 Open 0.13 Vol / Avg. 10,000.00/72,006.00 Mkt cap 23.92M Another rise on the LSE is expected as the FREE FLOAT depletes...momentum is growing imo. | ibug
24/8/2017 15:16 | Nice post ibug. Interesting the share price has broken the CLN price so it looks like that issue is less significant. IEH are making the interest payments so there is plenty of time for big deals to be done. If Luxfor GTM are selling their mobile units successfully with more orders on the way, maybe they have raised the finance to buy the IEH IP they use rather than licence it | perrydevere
24/8/2017 14:44 | Corporates often buy large amounts of stock during take-over talks to achieve a discount to the asking price....this looks that way at the moment, but it just as well might be a ground breaking production deal....wait and see the outcome coming our way soon. In the mean time the behavior of the bulk share buyer is a fair indicator of future intentions. Currently using a rough estimate of trades, the US buyer has purchased about 4 million shares and is looking for approx 15 million shares--- based on those two BUYS of 825,000 GBP a few days ago....they looked more like funds placed and not actual buys. Interesting times ahead...especially when the share price reaches 14p --- stock will be in very short supply and could take off if demand persists. | ibug
24/8/2017 14:34 | so what's driving this? auto? combined heat and power? embedded hfcs in PEDs? Selling IP? Takeover? Some of the new patents granted August 9th? | perrydevere
24/8/2017 13:53 | SP is lifting like a rocket, agree something is happening here. Cheap as a chip for a large hitech to 'steal' all that intellectual capital for nothing really | divinessence |
