Perry --- A STRONG DOLLAR AND A WEAK POUND --- PERFECT STORM FOR A TAKE-OVER imo.

The IP is worth more than the ongoing business --- if a take-over transpires the buyer could sell off unwanted patents and pay nothing for the core business and IP being targeted..

Luxfer-GTM manufacture high pressure gas cylinders and since last October entered the mobile and stationary power market---IEH mirrored that same change in marketing direction---IEH-Luxfer would make an excellent match as did Praxair and Linde recently with a merger.

For Luxfer to compete effectively they need a fuel cell business for production and ground breaking R&D --- IEH ticks all the boxes better than PlugPower because of superior design and performance.

LETS JUST WAIT FOR THE ACTION CHEERS PERRY.

With IEH perhaps worried about funding and sterling at a record low, a dollar rich entity stateside would see now as the time to get IEH's IP at a knock-down price. Apple? Amazon? GM? Are Uber going to build their own cars? The IP will be so ubiquitous in a few years, it's a safe investment especially for anyone wanting to pull dosh out of big oil

A takeover would make sense. If a corporate has realised it's cheaper to buy IEH than license their IP and IEH are also open to doing a deal before the CLNs mature, this is the predictable activity

The American trades are reported either as historical or delayed transactions and sometimes as OTC trades...the trading behavior observed over the past week suggests the 300K BUYS that sometimes appear as pairs along with the 1.3 million Buy just a week ago are from the same source.

It might be a corporate like Luxfer-GTM because they setup a very large new factory last December with an R&D H2 Applications division and last February entered into a collaboration agreement with IEH to jointly market Luxfer-GTM H2 products as a partnering.

Maybe either Luxfer or another corporate like Suzuki are interested in buying IEH or a significant IP/ manufacturing deal is soon to be announced.

Either way some really good news can be expected based on trading behavior alone given the recent 8 day rise on the share price unqualified with an RNS from IEH...very odd imo.

The previous large buys last week all originated from the States - this may be a continuation of accumulation by a large Corporate.

aAmazon bought 23% of Plug Power, Ballard did their 100 million US dollar deal with VW Audi. The knd of buysvthat have been going through suggest something is brewing here or there is signifcant interest in the IP.

I think the CLN issue will be helping the BOD focus on ensuring that Meditor are paid off quickly and either news is leaking or an interested party is building an interest to bring profit when this pops

Some big buys going through. Seems the trend is MMs gathering sells together for a week then announcing a huge buy. I still think the Gen4 unit IEH make with Suzuki will be ordered soon by a company like Diahatsu or Mazda. Also Subaru haven't declared a preference for hydrogen or EVs.. lots of change due in this market

It would be surprising if ULEMCo is not using Intelligent Energy 12 KW fuel cells as range extenders for vans.

We might get a surprise RNS about that development imo.

There is no mystery why IEH is edging up. People are slyly moving their dosh out of fossil fuel shares hoping no-one will notice whilst they stash their dosh anywhere that looks undervalued that will thrive in the post-oil age. This will work until it becomes a stampede and fossil fuel shares are dumped wholesale. Last chance for peopole to average down imho. Air quality just too politically toxic an issue to ignore now so expect legislation increasingly embracing emission-free tech and hammering fossil fuels.

The Suzuki fuel cell powered Bergman has been trialed by London's Met Police over the summer---we may be getting some news of a large order from Suzuki if the test run went well.
