Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement of 16 July 2018, in which the Company announced, inter alia, a Placing and Subscription for GBP700,000, the Company announces that it has raised a further GBP19,500 (before expenses), by way of a conditional placing of 3,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company (following the Sub-division (as defined in the 16 July announcement)), at an issue price of 0.65 pence per share.

It is expected that these shares will be allotted at the same time as the First Placing Shares (as defined in the 16 July 2018 announcement), on 2 August 2018 following the General Meeting, with Admission expected to take place on 3 August 2018.
