Dear Sir,

RE: Integrated Asset Management PLC’s achievements in 2003 and outlook for 2004.

As 2004 gets under way, I would like to take the opportunity to summarise Integrated Asset Management’s activities in 2003 and to give you and update on some of our plans for 2004.

2003 was a very positive year for the entire group, in both our asset management and institutional brokerage businesses.

• GAIM Advisors reached $150 million of hedge fund assets under management and further expanded its total assets under management to over $450 million

• Performance of our fund of hedge funds was strong and exceeded comparable benchmarks. The performance of our leading hedge fund product, the GAIM Hedge fund, increased nearly 11% for the year and our recently acquired Funds’, Condor & Kingfisher, have shown improved performance since our acquisition in June

• Rebounding from 2002, our long-only asset mangers outperformed every benchmark and returned nearly 37% on the equity strategy and 29% on the value strategy

• GAIM completed the acquisition of Appleton International, an FSA-regulated fund of hedge fund Company. This acquisition enabled GAIM to expand its product offering and illustrated the scalability of the GAIM Fund of Funds’ platform

• Our institutional brokerage business grew substantially in 2003. Interfin SIM, the Italian money-broker, had an excellent year, during which it consolidated its institutional client base and launched an equity derivatives desk with the hiring of Trio’s former managing director in Germany

At Integrated Asset Management we continue to build on our strengths. In 2004 we plan to take the following steps to provide better products and services to our clients:

• Launch an Irish-domiciled umbrella fund to make our products more accessible to our European clients

• Hire several senior sales consultants to broaden our global reach and provide greater client support

• To continue to invest in back-office support to provide enhanced services to our clients across the world

• Respond to client demands to develop unique alternative investment products, including our current offering from CDC IXIS that provides for up to 3x leverage

We have made a good start to the year with both our product and distribution teams seeing more business this year than the same time last year. Our aim is to continue to improve our offering to our clients through innovative products and seamless client support. In 2004 we endeavour to be more communicative with both our clients and our shareholders alike.

Please call me if you would like understand more about the things we are doing or if there are any ways in which we can improve our service to you on 020 7514 0555 (direct) at any time.

Yours Sincerely,

Emanuel Arbib
Chief Executive Officer

IAM have been re-listed this morning and is trading at 220p bid / 240p offer ex-rights. So if you sell your existing shares now you will still be able to buy the same number back again for just 75p - free money!

Hi Crawling mouse,
I only took a flyer on this one because of its upward momentum in the first place. I can't see anything in the news above to get excited about. I only have 1300 shares left as I managed to bail out of some near the top before suspension.
In retrospect I suppose there were many speculators hoping for the best, without any firm foundation for their gamble, and may well have anticipated an internet development.
Anyway by doubling the share capital by the rights issue at 75p they are sure to hit the pre-suspension price of nearly £3 for six !

By taking the rights I will average down to about 150, whether they will trade at or above when they re-open is debatable.
I will review my decision in the light of any further info that may appear between now and the deadline. Will be very interesting to see what IC have to say,if you have this please post as I am currently in the Far East enjoying the temperature in the 90s overlooking the Gulf of Siam (Laptop at the ready)

mancunian: you sound negative. Could you explain your views on this IAM thing. I confess that I do not understand too much of the above...

ALSO anyone else...what will happen when it returns from suspension and is the offer worth taking up

BIG THANKS

Looks like one for the widows and orphans to miss.
Anyway I will take up my rights, only 1300 shares in total, and regard the investment as a bet on an outsider.
Good odds if it wins !
Will be interesting to read Investors Chronicle comment on Friday, will someone please post

Bullshare I have heard a great deal about you and, whilst being overtly cynciaL AND cautious, read your posts with great interest and conviction. I am relativly new to this area and have NO experience with suspended stocks. What happens now When do you think the shares will return ITHO do you think shares will open up/down and what is you GUESSTIMATE Should I be worried By the way, I also followed you in with Cardington @ 105p. Was I too late or should I just wait in your view. with regards Mark

Suspended!!! RNS Number:4559E Integrated Asset Management PLC 26 January 2000 The Board of Integrated Asset Management plc ('the Company') has noted the further movement in the Company's share price. They wish to announce that negotiations are continuing on a number acquisition opportunities and the Board hopes to be able to announce that the first of these has been concluded within a few weeks. Since the Company is a cash shell this acquisition would constitute a reverse take-over. Therefore the Board has requested the immediate suspension of trading in the Company's shares. The Board is also continuing to negotiate opportunities in the e-commerce financial services area which may take the form of licenses, joint ventures or investments. The Board will seek to maximise the synergies between the traditional fund management and investment advisory activities and its investment in the e-commerce area.

Please excuse me if there is already a thread on this one but I could not find it. I don't know what is driving the price but this has risen from 35p last November to 165/175p last night, declared volume 4000. I tried to buy 5000 via Schwab but the order was not accepted. Looks like the 90% or so shares held below are not being traded. Do any of the names below ring a bell? The current market cap is only £3.7M after the big rise. One to watch methinks, Major share holders: Schweco Nominees Ltd( 9.0806%),J Booth( 6.0537%),E Arbib( 8.1444%),N Epstein( 9.0806%),R Nemni( 2.2701%),F Lips( 7.5672%),Asset Managment Investment Company PLC( 11.3507%),Pershing Keen Nominees Ltd( 12.3723%),MSS Nominees Ltd( 4.6349%),Morstan Nominees Ltd( 3.7836%),Bank Lips Ltd( 7.9358%),Insinger Townsley( 6.4321%),
