Looking at the trades in more detail I see that nearly six million shares are shown 'as a result of an option'. I haven't a clue what the significance of that is.

A large shareholder who wants the 63p might bid slightly above that price and pledge the shares to see the deal through. Six million shares have changed hands today and according to advfn there are only 60 odd million in issue.

At the minute you can sell for 63.6p (hardly worthwhile under 10,000 shares?) or hold on to see what happens.

All imo etc.

Looks to me like management had been keen on the sale to bab, glad I sold as soon as the offer was made, can not see anything positive about this situation.......
