well nice buying today...normally i'd stay clear of a jagatia stock but i'll make one exception with inspirit providing Gunn is telling the truth..if not he could be sued by shareholders
Inspirit energy Ltd. The 100 pct subsidiary , First Gazette for a strike off accounts 2 months overdue . Clearly scared to reveal their are no employees left other than the directors Gunns and Jagatia and the NED who only seems to be paid 2k a year ? Also Inspirit energy consultancy , confirmation statement 14 weeks overdue and have also had a first Gazeett for a strike off ? Gunn and Jagatia also involved with a listed regulated business surprised his is allowed Nomad also must be asleep on the job

hi carl Barclay smart investor is the best by far IMO give them a try..£4 p/m fee. but hassle free and peace of mind.. or stick with iWeb halifax sound alright to me but it's all about the level of service that you get'' can you buy and sell quickly or will it go to NT for 15min while share price is dropping that's the question ii £19.99 p/m fee is a bit spiteful well over the top must be the dearest brokers fee ever LOL'' REGARDS
ii will be increasing fees again from June 10th to £19.99 per month. Its long overdue I transferred out from this broker. overpriced and rubbish website. If anybody can recommend a cheaper broker let me know. I am considering going to iweb-sharedealing(Halifax) for a fixed £5 a trade or X-O(Jarvis) for £5.95, neither have monthly, yearly, or inactivity fees like ii
improvements and efficiencies have provided the Charger with peak electrical output in excess of 6.4kW of electricity during a running cycle of 2,000 hours against the unit's previous output of 3.0kW, whist maintaining 15kW thermal output and a 20% reduction in the size of the appliance to below 800mm. The Company has also embarked multiple applications for the Stirling technology and have developed schematics for the following projects -- Inspirit Marine - currently in discussion with a large car/marine engine manufacturer to develop a unit for the shipping industry with current output of 11.68kw. -- Inspirit Solar - In-house design, incorporating the new development of our Stirling engine -- Inspirit Cooler - Refrigeration system -- Inspirit Motor/ Generator - designed in line with the Inspirit Charger to start the unit & convert electrical output to the grid. John Gunn CEO and Chairman commented. "The development work of our engineers has been impressive achieving an electrical output of over 6kw without increasing the thermal output. Such a heat power ratio will significantly improve the potential for commercial success and possible diversification in multiple other applications." The Company will provide a further update in due course. LOOKING GOOD HERE update RNS coming soon IMO 200% from here short term is quite possible PATIENCE

by the way a little sentence about INSP in mail on sunday
JohnCasey, the Chinese deal fell through as they were caught attempting to steal the tech. HE3DA have been busy in the US with the State of Nevada (and Virginia) where they are looking to build a factory: The American project, like the Czech factory, is to be financed by a group of local investors. While among 170 investors in Magna Energy Storage, according to Prus, mostly Czech entrepreneurs are smaller, Americans claim to participate in the Nevada project. "We have a whole group of film circle investors in Hollywood, and there are also a few American athletes," said Prus, hoping to get all the permits in Nevada by the end of the year, and the new factory will start growing next year. The entry of the Czech battery into the US market was facilitated by contacts that HE3DA spiritual author Jan Procházka built during his stay in the USA, where he emigrated in the late 1980s. However, Prus is convinced that similar plants as in Horní Suchá will be established in other countries under the Czech license. I don't know if INSP has any connection with them, just that the value of the tech like solar will be fully realised when combined with storage and smart grid IMHO. The Czech factory: Battery Specs hTTps://
''i here you on that post JOHN'' RE; {big covmpany does a JV with them for 30% ownership} ''could happen'' because no one on the market comes anywhere near 6.4kw with a possible 2 year payback'' with other application to boot. it would be Very attractive to big CO indeed.. but i'm not sure about keeping it British with all the brexit uncertainty going on atm EUROPE would be a good beginning. until the dust settle but keep the IP british at all cost JUST A THOUGHT
I'M surprised lenigas doesnt put his money where is mouth is and invest bigtime..try and keep the invention totally in the commonwealth..i dont mind one aussie owner ,two might be stretching it abit
THIS IS ALL WE NEED except best to keep it british HE3DA to obtain EUR 100m from Chinese investor CIA NEWS | 14 MARCH 2016 Czech company HE3DA will obtain EUR 100m from a Chinese investor to develop its battery business. Company president Jan Procházka told ČIANEWS the initial project stage amounted to EUR 50m. The company has already started completing the first battery production line in Horní Suchá. Additional lines are to be located in a new building whose construction will start at the moment the first lines are put into operation. Source:
£845k CLNs at 0.04p would be over 2 billion extra shares - In addition they will probably have to raise more unless more CLNs are issued -
Why not? - The principal amount of the CLNs are convertible at the higher of either 0.07 p per Ordinary Share of 0.1p each (the "Ordinary Shares" or "Existing Ordinary Shares" and subject to the Capital Reorganisation as set out below) or a discount of 25 per cent. to the previous trading day's closing market share price.
