I'm not sure I have understood the Henderson facility, but if I have it seems very expensive (15%+ rate of interest). I work that out from 3.5% on drawdown, 3.5% on repayment, plus 0.7% per month, for a year or less. Can anyone correct me?

On very quick look, looks like one to watch this space as still early days post acquisition, agree would have been nice to have seen more profit progress but typical of most mergers/acquisitions, benefits take longer to come through?
Am inclined to hang on to see what happens over next twelve months or so?

Periodic large sales have been over last few months. No explanation but the small sells could be from legacy pharma holders while the large sells must be institutions reducing (Henderson/JP Morgan?). I'm accumulating on the dips.

Some large sales the last few days but floor price seems to be holding, perhaps someone happy to build a significant stake at this price?
