Grant of Options

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical device company, announces that, on 8(th) November 2017 the Company granted to certain key employees enterprise management incentive options ("Options") over 285,338 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company under the Inspiration Healthcare Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("Option Scheme").

The Options granted under the Option Scheme are exercisable at nil cost to the employee and are subject to a performance condition, to be measured over a three-year period ending on 31 January 2020, of growth in earnings per Ordinary Share in issue ("EPS") of 40% or more compounded over the three-year period. If the growth in EPS is less than 40% but greater than 35% the number of Option Shares available for exercise will be capped at 75%. If the growth in EPS is less than 35% but greater than 30% the number of Option Shares available for exercise will be capped at 50%. If the growth in EPS is less than 30% the Options will lapse.

If they vest and subject to the rules of the Option Scheme, the Options are exercisable for a period of two years following publication of the audited accounts of the Company for the financial year ending on 31 January 2020.

Mike Briant, the Chief Financial Officer, is the recipient of an Option over 135,338 Ordinary Shares pursuant to his contract of employment agreed on commencement, which is not subject to the performance condition. That Option, when exercised, currently represents his entire beneficial, interest in the capital of the Company.
