14/2/2010 15:23 | anyone still in? I don't like the dilution personally. Don't think the management want small holders....Any ideas as to what the shares have been trading for off market? tia | targatarga
14/7/2009 16:52 | yeah, i agree. More so, i'm aware of the technological advances that ISPT can provide, i think its going very cheaply here. If it was'nt delisting i'd probably buy a few as Trafalgar Asset Managers Limited now hold 10% as per RNS. Saffy.. | safman
06/7/2009 15:01 | EPS last year was 1.62p, now add on, delisting saving of 60,000 pa [or.6p] So, if they do the same as last year you get 2.22p EPS, with growth at the same rate as the last two years you get around 3p EPS for this year. The shares have just been purchased by the directors at 4p each, and on a foreward PE of 1.25 one can understand why they are so keen to buy up any stock they can.!!!!!!!!1 | tara7
29/6/2009 09:50 | Pays to move fast when a company announces a de-listing - totally missed the announcement on Friday morning and so mightily relieved to be the first seller! There's little value in staying in this company when it goes private as it's not likely to pay a dividend for many years, if ever. | topvest
29/6/2009 08:51 | Well maybe not...dropping like a stone now. Feeling relieved! | topvest
29/6/2009 08:40 | Managed to sell mine this morning for pretty much what I paid for them which was a surprise in the circumstances. Seems to suggest to me that maybe one of the directors is mopping up any shares that become available. | topvest
26/6/2009 11:33 | i was going to have a small punt on this. Delisting the company now.. perhaps next time.. best of.. saffy.. | safman
31/5/2009 18:51 | BID at 2 or 3 times todays price from any number of the big boys, or profits that = todays market cap [next year]. Fun times ahead. | tara7
31/5/2009 11:09 | Yes, seems to be breaking out of its historical range. Could explode on any positive news, given its market cap is still less than a £million, which is low given its asset value and profitable trading business. | topvest
29/5/2009 12:31 | 18 month high. | tara7
29/5/2009 12:30 | MM mark up again today, SOMEONE wants your shares.!!!!!!!!!!! Now marked up three weeks on the run with no buys shown. | tara7
12/5/2009 15:37 | MM marked up again today, anyone know if traded on plus.? | tara7
07/5/2009 08:50 | Something is going on here, MM keep marking up the stock without any buys showing up. To me big order in or bid on the way. | tara7
09/3/2009 16:29 | Trade debtors have increased due to higher activity levels. No surprise really that this has reduced cash (before forex). | topvest
09/3/2009 08:21 | tara - FWIW, EPS is slightly down on H2, although I've only glanced at the figures and not checked previous seasonality. The cash position is inflated by £211k forex gain and a £162k increase in bank loans over the 6mo. period. Therefore, in real terms there was a sterling cash reduction from operations. It's true that the PE is low but there are many companies with similar PEs and much better balance sheets around at the moment. Why are payables so much higher than receivables(even after ignoring bank loan increase)? Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
09/3/2009 08:12 | Yep, the next director buy is due, EPS up, CASH, up, and very low market cap. | tara7
09/3/2009 08:06 | Results look ok. Challenge is to keep the work coming in, but looks pretty solid. | topvest
06/3/2009 08:14 | They also own the office block they work out of. | tara7
06/3/2009 08:13 | They have the cash to pay all the bills if required, and profits are growing. [as is the cash pile.] | tara7
06/3/2009 08:07 | Take care; trading on the generosity of their creditors - huge imbalance on what they owe and what is owed to them. The cash is held to cover outstanding bills! | philjeans
04/3/2009 11:43 | Looking back at old results, we are told they get paid by stage payments, thats what i like. | tara7
04/3/2009 10:57 | From company web page a list of firms they work with, American Express, First Data Resources, RR Donnellys, US GPO. You get all this for 700,000k market cap. To me thats the wrong price, very wrong. | tara7
04/3/2009 09:51 | Director buying all last year, and the market did not take any notice. Roll on a year and we are all about to find out why they bought stock. [in my view,] | tara7
04/3/2009 09:40 | Infact turnover in new opp doubled over the last year. | tara7 |
