Geoff Foster of the Daily Mail [City report] writes up the AIM listed Shell Company , Internetaction.com [INA] in a "Very Bullish" way today !
Same directors as AIM listed , Netvest !
This deal will be done within 6 weeks and the share price will be north of 50p !
And by mid-year £1.00 Plus !!

CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT

Six months ended 30 September 2000



Financial results

The Board of Directors of Internetaction.com plc ('the Company') reports a
loss for the six months ended 30 September 2000 of #229,600 (#98,300 loss for
the 6 months to 30 September 1999).

The loss for the period was substantially influenced by the costs of #139,200
relating to an abortive transaction when the Company did not proceed with the
acquisition of Powerten Limited. Powernet Telecom Plc agreed that it would
meet substantially all of your Company's costs relating to the acquisition,
but Powernet Telecom Plc has since been placed into administration. The
administrators have been notified of your Company's claim. In view of the
uncertainty of recovery of these costs, full provision has been made in the
Company's accounts for all costs relating to the abortive acquisition.

Potential acquisition

The Board is pleased to announce that discussions are at an advanced stage to
acquire a profitable telecommunications company and your Directors expect to
communicate further information about this potential acquisition in the near
future.

Perhaps it is a new game-lift a share price-watch the suckers come on board then sell and take a profit-I have been watching this process with a number of seemingly unattractive penny shares- butI havn't a clue who is behind it!

Bet that was painful Qassim!
Just looked at this one due to the recent media interest 'cos of
the price jump (Big%). I am looking for some stock to put some funds
into right now that are small in value. I will watch this one with interest.
I hope the tech stocks start performing again as I have others in the mark.

yes my friend had 50k shares at aprox 1.80p before suspension so you can imagine how he feels when internet action is mentioned
p.s he had bought on a tip re rumour of big announcement

Thought I start a thread on this stock as it took a 2.5p or 17.24% tumble closing at 12p today.

Not a lot of info on this stock at the moment but still looking.
I'll post any research on this one as soon as possible.

Does anyone have anything on INA?
