InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announces that it was notified today, that Joseph Bayer, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 3,000 Ordinary Shares of EUR0.10 each in the Company at a price of 62.00 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Acquisition") which will be held via his Australian Superannuation Fund which Mr Bayer controls. He now holds 129,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company via his Australian Superannuation Fund.

Following the Acquisition, Joseph Bayer has, through direct and indirect holdings, a total interest in the Company of 161,840 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
