Let's be honest Innovaderma is going nowhere fast - COVID has killed holidays over the last couple of years

Looks to me like a good fit, worth hanging on for the deal to go through IMHO

Too late to make anything here now, it’s other personal care companies who will piggy back off the takeover here, ITX could be one of them, it’s not moved yet today imho dyor

Very surprised by this mornings news- first CRL, now BAR- they obviously have a brand (skinny tan) that has value. BAR seem to be struggling to make any headway since the disposal of their manufacturing business and we seem to be making some progress here. Disappointingly no place for Blake Hughes in the combined company? Will be interesting to see if CRL come back in (given the offer is barely in excess of theirs from a year ago)

Don't think H1 will give much good news - but hoping H2 progress can be shown e.g. Jan to Feb revs x% above 2021 etc. In H1 2020/21 IDP lost £1m and for 2021/22 we know revenue has dropped from £4.1m to £3.7m so the only question is how big is the lost. If marketing spend has been reduced (was £1.6m in H1 20/21) hopefully the loss will be much lower. Cash will also be important as IDP need to stop burning through it as they have done over the last few years. Broker has £12m rev for YE 30/6/22 so we need over £8m rev in H2. A big ask IMHO

Is this sleeping dog slowly waking up? Hopefully H2 is seeing some of the benefits of the new strategy. I notice my local Boots has a big display for the new coconut water products and the wonder serum gradual tanner is another product extension. All step up for the peak tanning season

Yes we get the picture thanks. Not that it's terribly relevant anyway.

Yes, I saw that regards w7l. All cosmetics players look like they are seeing a return to normal and with Covid restrictions now lifting, then we should be in for a good few months here...

I like the buying that seems to come in recently in the 36-38p region.

Some wind in the sails from Warpaint's 'ahead' statement this morning too?

I think buy the dips is way to go here. Ward has a huge amount of skin in the game and the valuation is so small it won't need much to really get going

Selling off Amazon is a no-brainer for IDP, assuming it doesn't upset its traditional retail partners (Superdrug, Boots, Tesco etc). So far, Amazon customer reviews look pretty positive. And given the limited time ST's been on Amazon, there's a LOT of reviews, indicating strong sales. I agree with se81. The fact that Amazon sales have grown substantially month on month, despite moving into the off-season period, bodes well.

The day to day moves here are bizarre- presumably an overhang for the MMs to churn through-any expectations for a further update on trading with the AGM?

Would be good to see a strong move with multimillion volume into ‘right’ price zone, like 70p plus onwards, for once
