I will be buying in today for first time in years . Previously held a 6 digit holding here but HC put me off. Looks to me like this is being well managed now and at the current available prices is a steal. I can very much see this getting back over 100p very quickly now. This is not a slow moving type.

A quick times revenue MCap valuation for IDP based on being a growing company:

5x expected £10.2m revenue for the Year to 30/6/02021 = £51m MCap.

Current MCap = £9.7m at 35.5p

Suggests 5.25x upside to 186p based on this year's results.

Add in the non-dilutive £275,000 cash injection earlier this week from the Prolong JV, the expectation of moving into profitability during the next six months (mentioned in the 8/7/21 Trading Statement) and the new management who have bought shares and seem to know what they are doing, then it's 200p+. Could easily be £100m MCap within 1 to 2 years and 10x bagger.

£275k for something going to the wall is great biz. If it doesnt go to the wall, then its great biz as more returns are due that are not even factored into the share price

A bit of welcome relief for long term holders today and the opportunity to get out with a bit of volume. But the trend in this overvalued fluff remains down and when the results do show up and there is a whopping big loss (as predicted on 8 June) then more will bail out.

I was under the impression it was delayed reporting till December, I might be wrong, thought that was in the October RNs. Matters not as I agree with you, the old guard are out and looks like the new brush is sweeping things clean. Hopeful here that 2022 will be a good year for Innovaderma.

I'm not sure we will get results this week - arent they due in Jan (I mean half year results)?

F/Y Results (to Jun 21) are late and not clear when we will get these, but hopefully before month end.

Buying is increasing. Results this week then by the looks of things. Nice list Jam. Finally things are looking positive here, taken its time I have been holding here and averaging down for years:)
