I think they haven't updated the proxy form as the rns states Simon Pypers appointment is subject to shareholders approval.

Freddie. The Proxy Form is unchanged from the 20th October despite the RNS about "all directors will be up for re-election". This RNS affirms that the old Form is still valid.

Boonboon, how so? The majority of the employees are not in the UK! They go , kiss IDP bye bye and our shareholdings with it. Laughable that people think that an international company has to have all directors in one country! Sheesh!

Pyper looks to have useful experience. Now that we have a UK based Board it makes even less sense to have a Chairman sitting in Adelaide. The AGM now confirmed for 16th December gives us all the opportunity to vote him off. Good news.

Nice coverage by Francesca Washtel of Daily Mail market report : Stock Watch - Innovaderma Beauty and skincare group Innovaderma has brought in a new chief executive who it says has a track record of turning around ailing brands. Oxford-educated Blake Hughes has worked for haircare range Philip Kingsley, skincare group Murad and held roles with Elizabeth Arden and Marks & Spencer. It comes after the former boss of Innovaderma, best known for its Skinny Tan fake tanning range, left abruptly in May. Shares in the group rose 5.2 per cent, or 3p, to 61p.
