16/1/2018 16:44 | Now that we have heard it from the horses mouth we can put any dissenters right and sit back, confident in the knowledge that the share price will take care of itself ! | teddy boy1
16/1/2018 16:36 | Interview very reassuring | roundup
16/1/2018 16:07 | What I think is key is that HC has confirmed in the interview that he expects Skinny Tan to be in other large retail stores by the end of this financial year which is great news..so it looks like expected revenue numbers will be achieved and new retailers secured (I'm thinking Boots/Tesco).. This share price will be much higher then.. Joe | aaaaauuuummmm
16/1/2018 15:29 | 11 min 30s in to the interview. Haris says he is "very confident" that they will hit market expectations of turnover of 14m turnover and 2.5m EBITDA. "Razor sharp focus" on delivering those numbers as a priority which it seems he is willing to juggle product launch times in some markets to hit, if necessary. Very keen on demonstrating continued growth year on year. | muzmanoz
16/1/2018 15:28 | Excellent interview by HC, new opening in France for ST with a major retailer in due course ... "surprised how roots has performed" and will be "significant part of business ... could be as big if not bigger than ST and it is global".... etc. etc. IDP is truly becoming global. Hence I bought more today. DYOR | divinessence
16/1/2018 15:11 | Proactive investor interview with Haris is out. I don't know how to post links properly. | muzmanoz
16/1/2018 14:48 | Topped up! | divinessence
16/1/2018 14:43 | northwards, I was underwhelmned by the lack of detail in the update but at least i know our principal product sells in the summer! hence our H2 weighting. People tend (I am told) to tan up early summer. However no detail other than revenue is disappointing and by not expecting to beat market forecasts the growth they othehwise refer to has to be baked into those forecasts imho. Not buying more at this stage. | silverfern
16/1/2018 14:30 | Or for full year (H2 + H1 subsequent year), £6.1m to £9.9m. | mad foetus
16/1/2018 14:30 | Agreed KEMCHE. We need to look at each full years figures to get the complete picture. | teddy boy1
16/1/2018 14:22 | Whereas the reality here is that growth is accelerating: 2015 H2 revenues - £2.9M 2016 H2 revenues - £5.7M Numptastic stuff! | kemche
16/1/2018 14:17 | wtf?northwoodsThe reality here is that growth is slowing:2015 H1 revenues - £1.4M2016 H1 revenues - £3.2M2017 H1 revenues - £4.2M | anony mous
16/1/2018 14:06 | The reality here is that growth is slowing: 2015 H1 revenues - £1.4M 2016 H1 revenues - £3.2M 2017 H1 revenues - £4.2M | northwards
16/1/2018 13:44 | For once, I agree with you Teddy. And don't forget, the MM's know where support levels are based on the charts - they've been able to balance the books this morning, probably took a few more shares on and will mark this up tomorrow and make a nice profit. | che7win
16/1/2018 13:40 | The M MS LOVE company updates and results! ( I have had this confirmed verbally) and as some-one stated this morning :unless a company MORE than meets expectatipns thrse days they will savagely reduce the share price and in the process make themselves a lot of money from "scared" shareholders. Just think: if they had decided to gradually raise the price on the first few trades of the day, everyone would have jumpes in and bought more and the price would still be rising. In stead of looking for "excuses " we would all be bury talking up the company . FOOD FOR THOUGHT! | teddy boy1
16/1/2018 13:38 | Teddy, Yes, support/resistance levels are always changing, but the current share trend is obvious. What I'm saying is that if the share price stays in the uptrend, I reckon this is a good price to buy on support. It could break into a new trend but I'm hoping we remain in this trend. | che7win
16/1/2018 13:26 | Anyway back to the day to day. SD are now topping up stock levels on an almost daily basis.. Also even though Tresemme has an excellent offer on Roots remains a best seller across SD retail stores and online.. Great news.. Joe | aaaaauuuummmm
16/1/2018 13:20 | Thanks Che7win but surely a company's share support level is subject to change as investors perspective of that company evolves/changes? | teddy boy1
16/1/2018 13:16 | I have 230p as support, so hoping for a bounce from here.Maybe the company will do a proactive interview or something similar, the market forgets the H2 weighting here. | che7win
16/1/2018 13:11 | Che7win Thanks for explaining that to me. What share price is considered to be the support line then? | teddy boy1 |
