The margin is of little consequence.When my missus started using ST , she must have been asked by 20 women where she had been on holiday , then the conversation turned to Skinny Tan. Some had heard about it, many had not, several went out and bought it from Superdrug.Then they recommend it to friends , etc etc

The special offer is a cunning plan ....They are offering 6 different bottles with no boxes supposedly and for a bargain price of £30 all the in.It's a ruse to get the ladies to try all the products and fall in love with them.They've sold over 2800 in less than 7 days. About £85000 worth. All cash in the bank. Over 1.8k comments about the offer on FB .

Ice dead cat bounce yesterday, ftse is s starting to roll over 300pts to drop yet over the next month.

Will impact all stocks, the N. Korean dwarf is proving a sticky irritant.

So idp paid about 230k for 2 percent of skinny tan. Value the skinny tan at about 11million.
Thats a good deal foe share holders.

Its a good deal for Louise Ferguson too. Hope the original two ladys are reaping the benifits.

Thanks Andy,
the potential is exciting, management are gaining respect as we become familiar with them.

I particularly like that they aren't afraid to say where they are successful and where there is more work to be done (USA).

They seem canny to me, trial and error on some formats and marketing - they know their target audiences.

I like the strategy so far.

I asked HC what would he do if a global cosmetics player offered $150m for a brand (i.e. ST!) .He said tell them to come back next year with twice the money! All in jest ... All good fun

Thanks to all who went and posted conversations from meeting yesterday, especially Croas the man. I always believed this company had long way to go and story is truly begining to unfold very positively indeed. Their management team have worked up a good business model and marketing fit for today and future. Mr. HC's strategy must be to build the business to such a level and sell it to the highest bidder in 2-3 years time.

I bought again today (second day running).

Think I was the first purchase today. The story is good, I am expecting the fundamentals grow into the business from here.

The comment about 2018 being transformational, they need to get to a point where the revenue translates into high cash generation - we are moving to that, but not quite there yet imho.

northwards, I think you are correct. In fact, intraday yesterday the price retested the Breakaway Gap that occurred at the open on 1 June 2017. These kind of gaps make excellent support zones and the successful test is very positive.

There is also an interesting symmetry to the chart, in that the time period from 1 June to the July low is 37 trading sessions, and the time period from July low to today is also 37 sessions.

Took position here today.

As others have said I can only add my thanks to the excellent summary you provided regarding the meeting last night - you spent a far more enjoyable evening with HC than I did watching that shambles of a defence trying to get the Champions League campaign derailed !!
Keep up the good work - I think quite a few of us are reassured (especially on the erratic days like yesterday where you begin to wonder if someone knows something bad but is not letting on !!).
Onwards and upwards.
