From the Prelims in October 2016,

"I am very happy with the progress we have made on key development projects and in particular with the 29% growth we have driven in the size of our land bank. To date, the business has been largely unaffected by the Brexit vote and although it remains too early to deliver a definitive judgement, following the robust full year performance and the ongoing supportive market backdrop, the Board has good reasons to be confident in the outlook for Inland Homes as reflected in the 29% increase in our proposed final dividend that we have announced today."

Am I and other investors missing something here?????

Since these results where published the stock has either been static or gone down in price....As of today its valued on assets alone!! Don't make any sense whatsoever in my eyes but there again does anything anymore...Barmy..

PE looking to dip below 4. Barring any nasty surprises this has to be in the top 10% of undervalued stock atm.

One man's loss and all that.... ;-)

One recent news article described that Inland was severing any relations with the Candys. Hardly surprising and there seemed little financial ties at present .

Probably just some stock looking for a home due to some fund reorganisation and supporters not willing to buy up so close to results hence price slippage

I think that noise may affect sentiment and timing but not underlying value. So I have just bought more. seems a good buying opportunity now,

There is a bit of 'adverse' surrounding those two brothers we are in league with I believe.Could that be anything to do with the drop.

I think there's a concerted effort to short this atm. Personally I'm not concerned as the fundamentals should underpin the price and have sufficient funds to buy the dip.spud

It's too cheap imo. It keeps hitting support at this level and bouncing. At some point the sellers will dry up and value will win out.

'cos the shares are cheap. I sold some yesterday 'cos I wanted to buy another share that had fallen out of bed. I know that Inland shares are cheap but the other share was even cheaper.
