02/11/2016 18:34 | Another strong data point about housebuilders specifically in today's higher than expected PMI. Regards,Source. "...Housebuilding drove the bulk of construction activity, with the commercial and civil engineering sectors broadly stagnant, the PMI showed...." | source

01/11/2016 18:01 | disappointed at the drop when other housebuilders are rising but still expect to see significant upward share price movement from here. IMHO. If you check the following link, most properties have been sold/reserved in each development apart from Meridian Waterside in Southampton which has just launched. hxxp://www.inlandhom | mfhmfh

01/11/2016 09:25 | Down again. Can't believe this has a current nav of 90p plus and over£1 projected for year end June 2017. Is it general concern about rising interest rates, slowing economy or more company specific issues.they seem to have a lot of projects on the go and did say in the latest statement that debt had increased since year end. Also stated that the second half of the current year is likely to be more positive than the first so first half figures may not be so great. The board are however very positive so where do why do we see a languishing share price? | gofers

18/10/2016 12:51 | Atom: Share price = 58p. Adjusted Earnings per share=14.23p gives a P/E ratio of roughly 4. | mip55
18/10/2016 12:37 | SP seems a little bizarre. If INL goes down much more I will be forced to buy more. It proved very pleasant to add at 48p shortly after the referendum vote. | shanklin
17/10/2016 22:57 | Altom - profits here are dependent on property deals and may vary greatly from year to year. Net asset value (current and future) is relevant to this share | sleepy
17/10/2016 16:05 | Can someone explain why P/E is only 4.5 ? | altom
17/10/2016 07:51 | INL: ASK up from 61.75p to 62p. Does this shows signs of strength? Overhead cleared on high volume on Friday? Now expect it to rise. In at 63p then again at 61p. NAV above 86p, lol. The next VLS. | alamaison5
15/10/2016 05:21 | INL: The new VLS. Consolidation at 61.50p, then the rise. Target 74p for now. Timing: 2/3 weeks. Enjoy. | alamaison5
14/10/2016 16:33 | Not sure if that was a sell at 16:23, didn't drop the bid. | alphapig

14/10/2016 15:56 | salchow - I should have stopped reading at "People finish up with what they deserve". I won't comment further. | darlocst
14/10/2016 15:43 | IgbertSponk - little difference nowadays if you do the figures. I'm not whining for myself. I don't make a million pounds. However, I am not jealous of those that do and I think people who earn money are usually worth a lot more to society than those who don't. I don't like tax full stop. The net amount you are left with then gets spent and goes in vat and a whole range of other taxes. If less tax were paid the money would circulate longer, create more employment particularly for lower earners and would still at the end of the day fall into the governments black hole. I will tell you how money could be saved. Stop spending so much money on the NHS keeping people alive for years after they should have been allowed to die. Think of the pensions it would also save. | salchow
14/10/2016 15:05 | Salchow - whereas if he took the £1m as salary he'd get how much ? Less is the answer after NI. So stop whining. | igbertsponk
