Resignation of a Director

The Company announces the departure of Paul Gregg as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from 27 April 2018.

Appointment of a Director

The Company announces that Paul Fenn will join the Company's Board as a Non-Executive Director from 1 May 2018.

Paul is the founder and joint managing director of Asgard Promotions Limited ("Asgard"), one of the UK's longest established contemporary music booking agencies. At Asgard Paul specialises in booking the cream of the singer / songwriters industry and represents artists such as Joan Baez, Emmylou Harris, Tom Waits, Steve Earle, Ray Davies amongst many others.

He is also an Executive Vice President of the Entertainment Agents' Association and the Treasurer of the Concert Promoters Association.

In relation to this appointment, there is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 R.

Changes to Directors' Roles and Audit Committee Composition

The Company also confirms that:

1) Subsequent to the departure of Paul Gregg, Lionel Martin has assumed the role of Chairman of the Company; and

2) Paul Fenn will become a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
