23/4/2021 15:50 | Related topic. '...gas meeting up to 75% of the electricity generation requirements at times during March.' The problem with wind energy is that it may be cheaper....but it's unreliable. | htrocka2

21/4/2021 15:31 | And these statements as well: Our largest contract award to date of £26m received in April from Saipem Limited for the fabrication of eight wind turbine generator jackets; contract to commence on 01 July 2021. Revenues of over £5m in the six months to 31 January 2021; a 5 fold increase from the annual results of 31 July 2020 and a 10-fold increase from the interim results of 31 January 2020 with momentum continuing to build going into the 2nd half of the current financial year. In my opinion, all appears to be looking good but as always, time will tell. | johnsoho
21/4/2021 15:21 | I particularly like this statement from the company: Strong pipeline of contracts across five distinct markets and six service sectors developed and being actively progressed; significant traction built in the cruise & ferry, wind farm fabrication and defence markets. | johnsoho
21/4/2021 13:47 | I own plenty and agree with you, though the question is always how much more capital they will need to accomplish that revenue growth, and how much margin they can sustain in cyclical, lumpy, high fixed cost, competitively cutthroat industries like shipbuilding. A lot rests on govt largesse and big project Hail Marys | ijamlon
21/4/2021 11:26 | Just purchased my first tranche of shares in this company; having read the latest financial reports of this company I think it just maybe be about to grow very quickly, it’s turnover appears to be growing dramatically. As always, time will tell. | johnsoho
21/4/2021 11:09 | thanks, htrocka | varies
20/4/2021 23:18 | varies....the only hint made with respect to raising more cash was when the ML approval arrives. The RNS stated that 'updates' would now be issued 'Quarterly'....so let's cross our fingers and hope that the ML news comes within the next quarter.....which, ironically, ends the very week that the SAIPEM contract kicks off.. | htrocka2
20/4/2021 10:59 | htrocka2 Thank you for your reply. I dare say that HMG has provided Saipem with an assurance of support for INFA if needed. Even so INFA surely needs more working capital. | varies
19/4/2021 19:09 | Subtle (or not) change re storage to gas/hydrogen agnostic! The ship and fabrication businesses look potentially very well timed IMO and potential to build into a National company of some size. | waterloo01
19/4/2021 19:05 | varies.... I doubt Saipem would have awarded the 'jackets' without doing DD regarding Infa's financial position and ability to execute and complete the contract. | htrocka2
19/4/2021 15:12 | Surely Infrastrata will need to raise some more money soon. | varies
19/4/2021 08:01 | Operating loss for the period stood at £6.20 million (31 January 2020: £2.67 million). This increased loss vis-à-vis the same period last year was on account of an increase in the number of personnel and overall overheads | letmepass
18/4/2021 09:42 | Related items. (Reading between the lines it looks as if BiFab was always going to be part of the deal.) | htrocka2
16/4/2021 14:15 | thank you, milesy | varies
16/4/2021 11:44 | Varies - welcome. You're correct on the Islandmagee Gas Storage Project...papers are now with Edwin Poots, DAERA Minister to decide and announce. Some on LSE board suggest opponents may push for judicial review to further delay, but one step at a time. | milesy
16/4/2021 11:21 | I am a newcomer to INFA, my eye having been caught by today's news. Prospects look very exciting but I wonder if INFA has the cash resources it will need; I fear that more capital will need to be raised soon. Am I right in thinking that the gas storage project in County Antrim is now waiting only for approval from a government minister ? Is it HMG that is asked to approve this or the devolved government of Northern Ireland ? | varies
16/4/2021 09:31 | Back in on today's excellent news. | someuwin

16/4/2021 08:41 | Great news and well done to the team at Infra/H&W. A mention below, no doubt one of many for this contract: | milesy
16/4/2021 08:41 | Very significant that we are now over the line with Saipem. This is just the beginning of a transformational marriage.Could it be Saipem that are interested in funding the gas caverns rns.? | bronislav
16/4/2021 08:37 | Interesting contract - stands out in today's news. "..and I believe that this contract paves the way for the execution and delivery of future fabrication contracts, a significant number of which are currently in advanced negotiations." That sounds like this is the beginning of something transformative for the company. Not familiar with this one. Is this a new chapter? 81.5m shares in issue with heavy early volume of 910k traded so far - significant. The price is coming off the highs at the moment, but interested to see if the market follows through with further heavy exchanges to really signal a transformative change here. All imo DYOR | sphere25
16/4/2021 08:09 | Hmm, heavily offered in the opening auction though. | bumpa33
16/4/2021 08:07 | Nice contract | terminator101 |
