Without revisiting the rns i took it 50% of the options are feebies the other 50% are set at 1.5p ,so in aruns case he will/can exercise 5 mill in june and 5 mill in june 2021 and 5 mill in june 2022 for minimal cost(free),he also has 5 mill options for the same terms at 1.5p ,i imagine the free ones are not connected to the 1.5p ones.

Just to clear things up....am I reading this right?

An 0.01p option can ONLY be exercised along side a 1.5p option, hence a 0.01p option cannot be exercised until the holder has exercised the 1.5p option first or together. Therefore an 0.01p option cannot be exercised on it's own. The share price must reach at least the 1.5p option price before ANY options are exercised. So a single 1.5p plus a single 0.01p option together equals 1.51p...the two have an average exercise price of 0.755p per option...….against todays share price . that doesn't seem too bad.

With the current share price and performance i think a matched purchase option scheme would have been more appropriate aimho

orm 3 mil mcap,6 mil of cash after the sale of tungsten mine,no Debts!(need shareholders approval).Other 2 Gold-copper assets left!It will rally soon,Company will RNS this coming week,plans for the money!

Today's business in Northern Ireland for me is another step closer and also likely another tick for the new chairman before he takes his seat.I wonder what goodies bojo has thrown on the table and I wonder if it is help with infastructure projects.Hoping that all is in place to allow the new chairman to hit the ground running.

John wood tweeted about the election that the result would be very good for infa..This is a great investment in my opinion,the fact that this company were allowed to take on Harland and Wolfe suggests that it's future is already mapped out with important influences from outside the company ."standing on the shoulders of giants"(quote from the results).
The timing of the new chairman taking over at the helm is also probably no random date.
