I don’t need to prove myself to clowns like yourself. The drop was seriously over done......it’s not rocket science. I’d hardly make my comments if I wasn’t holding would I! That would be a total waste offmy valuable investing time wouldn’t it 😉

The KID Key Information Document shows how it is quite simply. The NAV is probably around 32p a share at present and we can put our own figure as a fair discount. IIP has now reduced remarkably the risk of insolvency to close to zero - the market has not yet factored that in.
Allowing for exchange rates etc., 30p - 32p NAV. At a 50% discount = 15p - 16p.

Transactions don’t always show. If the buyer and seller are with the same broker then often the transaction is carried out off-market and doesn’t always get recorded publicly.

There is a lag in reporting too so it could show up later.
