Remain calm. Might be some forward selling from the second tranche placing at 0.13p. I would expect a consolidation very shortly at around 1 for 50 shares as dealing at below 1p doesn't look good.
Basically, nothing has changed as INFT sit on the cash for awhile.
£1m in cash and director injecting £480k makes the position quite firm for a new cash shell.

Asset purchase may well be very good as director GC may gain either way.

Strong selling is interesting as if they know something. However, it might be an opportuniy, who knows. The next 30 minutes may tell.

Tidy, you have done some good research but you miss a few things. This is a shell and nobody knows what it will do. He may buy some cheap asset off tull owners or south America.. So stop banging on about gas. If it was a great deal nobody is buying it.. Any major shareholding RNS.. Nope. Only pi, s who never become millionaires because we are always the last to know. When and if we do go for Welsh gas then ramp away until then you are pumping hot air and the share price reflects that

This is how I see it Debt free £1m cash and GW on April 5th increased his position by £480k at the placing price of 0.13. Once we RTO and the market knows exactly what the target is and how big they will be able to consider value. If it's the Welsh gas asset which is so massive it would warrant a full RTO then we will likely be in the pennies. 18 TCF worth £36bn is a massive figure for a shell to get hold off. Right now at a rediculously low cap giving us an opportunity to really make massive gains.18 TCF is the lower end figure. GW believes it is much bigger

50 trillion cu ft of shale gas!!Share investors chat, June 2013 Gerwyn Williams: We have already drilled six exploration wells in south Wales, and we have drilled one production well. From those wells, we have had a lot of information on the rocks in south Wales. There are various layers in the coalfield. There are coal layers, and, briefly, below those there are sets of numurian shales and potential for conventional gas in the Devonian measures, and then below that, there is more shale potential in the Silurian shales. We sent the results to two consultants; one in Dallas in the US, to look at shale, called RPS, and information on coalbed methane to RISC in Perth, Australia. From these initial wells, they came up with the potential resource of nearly 50 trillion cu ft of shale gas in one part of one set of the shales- Q105 Chair: Did you say 50 trillion cu ft of shale gas in one set of shale in one part of Wales? Gerwyn Williams: Yes. Chair: We use about 3 trillion cu ft a year in the whole of the UK. Gerwyn Williams: Yes. We worked on 3.5 trillion cu ft, and they estimated that 18.7 trillion cu ft is recoverable. That is just the start of it all. Q106Chair: That is just one small part of one set of the shales. Gerwyn Williams: Yes. That is just one part of one set of the shales. At the moment, we are focusing on exploration. We cannot really answer your question until we do the exploration work. We have another set of wells to drill; one in Swansea, one in Port Talbot, four in the Vale of Glamorgan and one near Llantrisant. They will give us a much better picture. The Vale wells will give us a better picture of the potential for conventional gas in the Devonian measures. The Llantrisant well will give us a better picture of numerian shales and the eastern wells will give us a better picture of Silurian potential, which has not been drilled. So, I suppose that the answer to your question is that there is an enormous amount of gas in south Wales. I have spent my life in the mining industry. I worked for 22 years for British Coal and then in private mines; they have all gone, but the energy source is still there, and in my view, we should be exploiting it...Research

The shale gas explorer, which plans to start drill testing in June, believe that Wales has so much shale gas reserves that it eventually could start exporting globally.
