Welsh methane pages 11 - 13The legacy of coal mining in Wales means there is extensive data on the distribution and thickness of coal seams in the South Wales and North Wales coalfields (Figure 2). This data is held by the British Geological Survey (BGS) and the Coal Authority. A study17 carried out by the BGS proposes that the South Wales coal field has the best resource potential, with average methane content estimates of 22 m3/tonne To date, there has been limited development of CBM in the UK. There has been exploration at sites in Carlisle and the East Midlands and production at two pilot sites; Airth in Scotland and Cheshire in England.19 Prior to its closure in 2008, coal mine methane was captured and utilised at Tower mine in South Wales as a by-product of mining operations. Shares are being forward sold. I.e. Shorting the stock until the new issue of shares are admitted to trading, at this time the shorters will close their short positions with the issued placed stock. So currently they have borrowed stock to forward sell and need the new stock issue to close their positions. In this situation if news drops in now then any short positions will struggle to close. More stock has been sold than is currently admitted to market. This is a feasible assumption considering the volumes witnessed here during the last couple of weeks before and since the presentation. The presentation we were told did not happen. The one that was widely known to have happened (until funding was agreed during it no doubt)

Yes he took control of the them in his private company. These are the reasons he came to market. Expecting an RTO for these licenses. The reason he came to market is to advance them to the next stage.

Don't be fooled by the placing. The more cash INFT have, the more likely they are to be able to get their hands on GW's assets.

A shale gas field comparable to some of the largest in the world could be trapped beneath the coal fields of South Wales, a report has found. An Australian exploration firm which holds several licences to exploit the gas reserves trapped in the shale rocks deep beneath the UK believes the reserves in Wales are far larger than previously thought.
