Yes re your restated RNS . So Indivior Plc is re purchasing its own shares exactly as it got permission for around a week ago. That is enhancing in the medium term as fewer shares will be in existence- we all appreciate that.

What is weird, and somewhat disturbing, is that Scopia Investment Management built up a significant holding, then having gained boardroom representation with several of its nominees and its main man, is now selling down its corporate holding.

Talk about having your cake and eating it!

I am very positive re the medium term based on all the corporate news/RNS etc yet feel "surely Mr Feynman" I must be missing something here!

Looks like they are buying in morning and then before close from share charts with price slipping back middle of the day when there are lower volumes
