PDMR Shareholding

IndigoVision Group plc announces that it has been notified that Lim Then Poh, Regional Director - APAC, of IndigoVision and a PDMR, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP1.135 per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Lim Then Poh's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.27 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
