I have a 12month horizon on these.

I am excited about the roll out plan, and poosibilty of 40-50 units within 12-18months, and with VT backing they have a good chance, if AP ccan excute.

I am not happy abt T traders that have piled into this stock and damaged the share price by their actions, and getting into positions they cant afford or manage. That is unfortunate, that this stock has been marketed to such people.

RA1 - but that is the way of the world. Markets are unforgiving to small caps at present. Obviously some aren't impressed with the deal and want cash. There were only a handful of shares bought sub 20p so most sellers are offloading at a loss.
Give it time to see some numbers and roll out of business plan and we will have a better idea.
Don't forget Vincent Tchenguiz has over 20% of these and he is no mug.

By my calculations they have 2.2 mil of cash which equates to over 15p a share. So a profitable busines is valued at precisely nothing.

Has anybody bought a share in this new company yet.
You see if there is no buying then the share price can only go one way.

Plan is to roll out 5-10 units to exhibit business model, and if that goes well, within 6-9mnths go fer a big 30-40 unit roll out.

If they execute well, this could be a real winner in 12months time.

Any profile of the business owners anyone ?

TBf - it is a scam - you'll be fleeced.

No new investors being attracted I see - only those desperately trying to justify through being locked in.

There is no business model, just a couple of guy's looking for a home for their cash, and all the finanacial advantages that owning this kind of business can bring to them.

If your really into this kind of thing then why would you not look at CFE which does have a good business model.

No new investors say's it all to me.
Not one buy in two days !

"This is a scam for the new owners, and the restaurant business being a cash business makes it more attractive for them."

I'd be very careful of what you post. Defamation of character can be a costly business in court. Just go and solicit an opinion from those who suffered just that fate by posting very similar comments on the LGB thread. Hardie, you just don't know who you are talking to.
