02/11/2009 15:38 | sent an e mail to shane see if they were gonna relist so as we could trade the shares etc reply Hello Phil, At present there are no plans to re-list. Our focus continues to be trained on the underlying business, for now. Given the thin liquidity available via the established share trading platforms, we decided for the time being not to incur the cost. However, our CFO (bob.mennie@iirgroup I hope this helps, Phil. 21/10/2009 10:53 | It's next Thursday isn't it - half term so I won't be around unfortunately! | scrapheap
21/10/2009 08:54 | anyone going to the AGM to see if any update....I see they have a few companies under PSQ but would be nice to know if any progress on other fronts or how geo monitor relaunch going. | james 2
16/10/2009 14:12 | I spoke to an AIM Company earlier this week who are planning to use PSQ shortly - but that's just one company. | mjcrockett
16/10/2009 12:19 | Yes in terms of the annual report, no and no. This year now looks make or break without the settlement revenues and i do worry abour PSQ's lack of progress. | scrapheap
16/10/2009 11:27 | anyone know the state of affairs to date, any chance of a relist, have they set up a system whereby we can trade our shares?? | fatfish
06/10/2009 15:41 | I might go- to move the motion re: divi | fatso
06/10/2009 15:06 | The papers are the same pretty much as the annual report shown on the iir website - i had my copy too. anyone planning on going to the agm this time? Its at 10am on Thursday 29th October at their offices - 30 City Business Centre, St Olav's Court, Ldn. SE16 2XB | scrapheap
06/10/2009 14:05 | I hold 266K if memory serves me well+ a token number in Idealing nominee account. Have this dubious distinction of being the one who bought them cheapest; 1.5p a share, later there was some dead cat bounce. I took precaution to convert my shares with Barclays Nominees into the real thing- it cost me some £30 or so. Basically, pig headed as I am, I kept buying them down the drainpipe until I ended with average cost of 10-12p a share. So 20p on the market would get me out of the bind, provided they trade somewhere. Unfortunately not, Chairman's statement does not offer any hope of that but don't worry. provided IIR survive and prosper- and there is a good chance of that now- we should be welcome back to AIM in 2 yrs time with open hands. | fatso
06/10/2009 11:11 | Blimey fatso - £52 grand in this lot! How do you sleep at night with that much at stake and not being able to get your hands on it? As my shares are in a nominee account, I didn't receive the report, so I've just called them to request a copy. Does it say anything about a possible share trading facility? | lord gnome
06/10/2009 10:53 | Annual report & Accounts, ending 28 Feb 2009 just landed on my doorstep. * we are very much alive- and that's exciting news in itself. * EBIDTA up from negative to £0.75M or so- very good! * EPS 2.5p- the news that they wish to retain the lot into Co's reserves not good. I understand that caution and prudence have their demands but- say- 0.5p per share would enhance the IIR's standing between the shareholders. I have invested here 52 grand and before I die, I would like to see some token at least return on my capital. | fatso
18/9/2009 20:25 | Really? I'd given up trying to see anything on the rss from them! Good news indeed - hopefully! | scrapheap
17/9/2009 22:51 | PSQ is finally up and running. They have several more reports published today. Good news is that they are all from IIR! All appear to be samples of reports from large cap stocks in the ftse 100. Maybe they are the only ones who can afford £10000!!! | rob67
04/9/2009 17:06 | I guess you already know they relaunched GEO Monitor, also can keep an eye on the new site being developed here ; | james 2
11/8/2009 07:20 | As someone who has his glass 1/2 full, the most important aspect in the release was SS saying how disappointed he was no replacement of the original US Settlement was being proposed, the rest is just a gimmick I'm afraid....but fair play for ingenuity. Still we're still breathing and fthey are fighting on. | scrapheap
29/7/2009 11:04 | I might be tempted. Just made a few hundred quid in the polish market, Warsaw Stock Exchange with a tiddler called Chemoservice(Chemos) a 30% a day or so. Since last October, when introduced to the market, it has arisen 8X(yes, 800%!) today. | fatso
29/7/2009 05:54 | So whos going to enter. | martincoops
02/7/2009 07:22 | Just re-read the report - there's an error in note 7 as it says a loss for the year not a profit when calculating the eps. The accounts are on a going concern basis but they believe they have enough working capital for the next 12 months... that's reassuring at least. The 10% seed capital thing is dead and all this moaning about distractions is presumably fights with the ex-nomad over research, failed talks with 3rd parties over new capital blamed on lack of research (!!?), google and delisting? The ride gets bumpy from the 2nd half onwards now as thats when the settlement ends - we really could do with more people on the PSQ service as I make it just 4 so far and that frankly is pathetic. | scrapheap
01/7/2009 11:18 | I hope you are right... Fear the worst, hope for the best. | scrapheap
01/7/2009 11:03 | True! We are definitely still alive and the number of staff is/was higher. Will wait to see if the accounts are once again qualified however by the accountants re their risk of not being a going concern... | scrapheap
01/7/2009 11:02 | Hmm - if there is a Bentley out there, I fear it will belong to him through the Smith Trust and not through IIR... | scrapheap
01/7/2009 11:00 | Good old Smithy! I might drive this Bentley Continental after all. few years hence. | fatso |
