Hi DerrickTrotter, You have been almost exclusively posting the same post on numerious different BBs regarding this matter for a while now! I can only summise that you are a marketing agent trying to get information regarding brokers that people use and their preferences. I also assume, since you keep plugging iweb-sharedealing(halifax) or X-O(jarvis), you are working for them in some capacity. If so, just say so. I'm sure posters will be happy to help you. In my case, I'm with ii and perfectly happy to continue to use them. I will not be changing broker. Also, the preference for a broker is not just about the amount they charge, but also the level of service and security that they provide. Hope that helps !

guys what brokers do you use?? ii will be upping fees again from June 10th. it will cost £10pm for my SIPP and £10pm for my ISA(£240 a year just in admin fees.) time I finally switched broker whilst ii dont charge any1 used iweb-sharedealing(halifax) or X-O(jarvis)? both ISA and Normal Accounts are free with no charges and the SIPP acc fees also work out cheaper than II trade fee is fixed at £5 per trade across all accounts with no inactivity/monthly/yearly admin fees

How long will this flatlining continue? I think we would see more action from a dodo ;-) (Only joking, I think)

Farm-Out Process "Alongside preparations for Harvey, the Company's focus remains firmly on reaching Final Investment Decision (FID) at the earliest feasible time on its Core Project, which comprises 410 BCF(2),(3) of 2P+2C reserves and resources across six discovered Southern North Sea (SNS) gas fields. A number of well-funded potential partners are progressing their work as part the previously announced farm-out process. On success, this process could provide valuable funding optionality via a development carry which would significantly reduce the new capital required for its Core Project. Management expects to select a preferred partner in 1H 2019, thereby enabling an optimal choice between an industrial and/or capital markets funding solution for Final Investment Decision (FID). First Gas is planned to be delivered within 20 months of FID."

Aren't they looking for a farminee by end of H1?

Don't they need more cash to get the project op and running? Where's it going to come from?

"The Company is also pleased to announce that it has confirmed the vesting criteria for the options awarded to directors, senior managers and employees on 1 May 2019 (the "Options"). As announced on 1 May, the Options will vest three years from the date of grant and additionally subject to the sanction of the development of Phase 1 of the Company's Core Project in the Southern North Sea (as set out in the announcement of 1 April 2019); the 30 day volume weighted average price per ordinary share in the capital of the Company being not less than 25p at the time of vesting; and certain health and safety targets having been met." So the share price has to at least double by three years time for the options to vest. That should protect from excessive further dilution.

I understand a new verb has been added to the OED. To kick a ball down the road is now known as to treesa.

It's risky alright which is why we are no longer around the 30p mark. What's changed is that since the 20p rejected bid the directors have loaded up with cheap shares at 10p and options at 12.75p so imho would now be more inclined to accept a bid. Without a bid they will still need to revisit funding issues again before too long despite having kicked the ball down the road for now. Of course if Harvey actually gets drilled and comes in that will change things. Harvey has been given a 63% CoS so from that perspective it's odds on if and when it actually gets drilled this time around.

Amen. Or Hallelujah if RRE make another offer as no doubt having accumulated shares and options at 10p and 12.75p the BoD would now be more inclined to accept even a 15-20p offer. Dipped my toe in again around the options price of 12.75p as anticipating the board looking after their own interests at the options price so anticipating another bid proposal. A bit of a punt I know and imho fwiw which may not be much! :)
