Following the announcement on 29 March 2018 of its results for the Year Ended 31 December 2017, Independent Oil and Gas plc ("IOG" or the "Company") (AIM: IOG.L), the development and production focused Oil and Gas Company hereby gives notice of its Annual General Meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Independent Oil and Gas plc will be held at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0HR on 30 April 2018 at 10.00am. The Company posted its 2017 Annual report and Accounts and the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting to its shareholders on 5 April 2018.
