Revenue goes up. Share price goes down. Give this one time to cook.

Just come across ITS during a Stockopedia search of companies with rapid sales growth and increasing sales-per-share. ITS would seem a bit of an anomaly; however it seems to currently be trading with a very modest op. margin, supply chain issues and has now lost its CFO/CEO. (Also the latest Beneish-M score suggesting there maybe some earnings manipulation going on?; DYOR). There is however a reasonable amount of net cash. And some institutions did pick up the loose shares, albeit at a big discount, last autumn..Any views anyone: Is there hope here to trade-out of the situation or is it a moribund basket case, encircled by competition? Thanks tightfist

Have bought in this morning, yesterday's volume was noteworthy considering there are only 52m shares in issue, it suggested that a buyer and seller had been negotiating a price in the background and the market had been walked down to allow the transaction to take place. As TopgunNS says, a P/S of less than 1 makes this cheap, especially when comparing against Sosandar, they reported HY sales of £12.2m today and have a market cap of £65m with £7m cash. Last reported cash at ITS was £11.9m at 31st March. SOS have an EV to sales of £58m / £25m (annualised) = 2.32 ITS have an EV to sales of £50m / £60m (sales likely to be higher) = 0.83 There appears to be a significant disconnect in light of the recent 40% fall, I suspect its due to illiquidity and the aforementioned seller wanting out. Fingers crossed for a solid recovery.

It was probably people starting to sell who brought the price down, the MMs just followed, not wishing to buy a lot of shares at a high price. And I suspect the directors' motivation was to make money by buying some of the shares the MMs had been left with in the market rut, rather than to annoy the MMs. That silent black helicopter lurks...
