22:12		stark industries: Not only do we have these 5 new contracts of late but we have also out sourced the task of hunting for business to a U.S based marketing agency which has already achieved an impressive 220 hot leads from Sept to Nov end....and that job was previously done by staff members, who are no longer working for IMTK. That results in an immediate saving of wages for those staff. Wow!! One can then by the law of averages expect at a min of 10 new clients to come on board...and that is being very conservative as we all know it can be a great deal more :) They are keeping up with the game by adding value on current and future technology trends...ESP: Artificial Intelligence and Machine 2 Machine and their trials have already been a success as well as their solutions that were called upon by major U.S hospitals. And now the recent raise for £250k and we have a statement along with it:- to provide additional working capital in relation to increasing new business activity and to strengthen the Company's balance sheet. This all tells me : - IMTK is a very different company moving forward. It's thinking the right way and has done a lot of house keeping these past six months and I believe the new CEO has actually found acres of diamonds in his own back yard. His knowledge and experience allows him to contribute significantly and use to his advantage the ACE of the company he is navigating The existing High Profile Customer base. The growing list of big heavy hitters and Fortune 500 companies allows Angus to exploit the companies maximum potential. With under 93 Million shares and a growing list of clients = Money coming in the business... My thoughts are that this company can run itself and work lean and get involved in other projects and be in profit under 12 months. The next 6 months will be exciting, as this company has a good habit of always updating the market and it's investors of new business, contracts and partnerships etc! The share is also getting known and gaining popularity with the investor community and it has come back from the dead. A true case of a company turnaround / The rising of the Phoenix I am really confident that the demand will outstrip the supply of the shares in a big way.....Why ? Each news flow will bring about the usual sellers and the new buyers that help take it to the next level. We have a big gap to fill and the patient (6 month window) will imo be rewarded many multi folds. Perfect recipe for a perfect brew on the AIM market.. Ingredients: Low Mcap Low No of shares Super News sensitive Skin in the game Seasoned management team Assets / Intellectual property Fortune 500 paying customers Interested parties sniffing around trying to get in bed with IMTK Expansion plan to spread it's wings in growing the business.... Etc!! Etc!! All for 1.5p and under 1 million Mcap all I can see is an easy 10p written on the share price under 6 months GLA

That represents the price before this said RNS : VM- likely to be 2p. So, it was not as speculated that less would be asked by one poster on another forum. It does look like everyone [who I am not sure] wants 2p also? Given this has happened before [prior to VM], I gather it is a repeat of history since this is the 2nd time the share price crashed like this? I checked carefully over VM. I note that she only gave 2 - 3 interviews after results time and only concentrates on the numbers rather than "inflated ideas." Given that £500k was loaned it would be used by the co to pay bills. So what went wrong. If indeed there is another deal then the thesis is correct.

When the shares of a publicly traded company are selling at a discount to their intrinsic value and the company is generating free cash flow the highest and best use of capital may indeed be reducing the shares in issue. Sadly, we are not seeing much of that. What we are seeing is well paid managers, who own very little of the company they manage, spending shareholder's funds to purchase shares at or near all-time highs (Earnings multiple and share price). This has the effect of increasing earnings per share in the short term and thus often triggering bonus packages for management that further takes more capital out of the company. This capital may well be needed in the future. In many cases shareholders fail to notice that their employees with very little skin in the game, are making decisions that maximise their compensation while they have little or no exposure to future downside. This lack of skin in the game is rapidly becoming a threat to long term shareholders and will become readily apparent at the first economic downturn or financial crisis. It also continues completely unchecked in an environment where individual securities are purchased largely because of the money pouring into passive funds. With this market dynamic as a framework, poor decisions can be rewarded as long as the index continues to attract net capital flows. 3 points to highlight; 1. Lack of skin in the game. Vin Murrai has a lot of that by taking £2M companies to half a Billion plus. This woman is a serial winner. 2. Poor decisions, VM is the Queen of tech, made massive gains in numerous companies. Perhaps months ago, one could have bought into IMTK at that price or less than today*s share price. However, a/c to the Efficient Mkt Theory, the share price has taken in the RNS of 4 Sep 2018 wherein the co will obtain CONFIRMATION from Certain Shareholders relating to waiver of Rule 9 Takeover Code on behalf of this investor ie Vin. That is a known theory. No one is forced to buy at whatever the market dictates ie demand & supply or tight supply due to a lot of shares not in public hands. There is never a need to pay what one does not feel what one is happy to pay. That is the way of the mkt. For those of us who are invested, these forums have always been a place to share RESEARCH so that the facts can be a tool to know more about a co before one can weigh RISK VS REWARD.
