Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that on 14 November 2019 it purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each pursuant to its GBP 200 million share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 10 July 2019.

Number of shares repurchased: 194,870
Date of transaction: 14 November 2019
Average price paid per share: GBP 17.646887
Lowest price paid per share: GBP 17.50
Highest price paid per share: GBP 17.724

The Company intends to cancel these Shares.
Following the purchase and subsequent settlement and cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 947,067,101.
